The child glared at the white skeleton as he just held a bored look. He didn't care about this... He didn't care about what they've done...

He's seen it all before... So many times before... And it wasn't just from the white haired one.

"When will you give up?" He asked, his voice lacking any type of emotion.

The child growled at his apathy, holding their sword like knife at him. He was the last obstacle they needed to get pass, before they could destroy this worthless world!

They lunged at the monster, he dodged them with ease. Bones went flying at them, but they blocked and dodged. They were growing angry at the resistance they were getting from the old skeleton. From the emotionless monster!

With a sharp cry, they landed their final blow... It stopping them both.

Cross felt nothing as he gave a laugh... A cold, dry, frozen laugh... It was filled with sorrow and hatred...

"See you later..." He whispered, falling to his hands and knees as purple blood fell from his chest.

He gasped for air as the pain worsened. He shakily dug into his pocket, grabbing out the bar of chocolate he always kept beside him. He took a bite... And then another...

When he went for a third, a shrill scream broke the silence... A shrill call that seemed to be coming from nowhere, but everywhere...

It made the monster freeze.

Maybe the King got to them... He thought naïvely.

Becoming lightheaded, the monster tried to focus on what was going on around him, but his mind was frozen... Then the fire happened...

Cross groaned in pain as he gripped his head. It felt like something was being forced within his skull, but at the same time they were being pushed out...

The pain worsened as the wound opened up again, the blood pooling around his body. The old scars he had on his body burning with the intensity of a thousand suns!

"STOP!" He screamed, the pain almost becoming redundant... But it didn't stop... The pain never stopped...

He felt like he was being pulled in all directions, being stretched beyond his beliefs! Then there was the feeling of being squashed like a bug! His chest bones felt like breaking and popping out of place!

He was being split into two! And it hurt worse than hell! It was like nothing he had ever felt!

Soon... He was gone... He was no longer himself... He had them... He had the killer...

He had Chara... And that's all he had and all he truly needed.
