Normal day of school today, I guess it was better because it's Friday, but the usual happened.

More rumours.

More people looking at me.

I don't even know what I've done..... Might as well introduce myself...

I'm Jade-Maree, 18, from Sydney, Australia. I'm a twin and people talk about me..... Yeah...

I love music; it's one of the things that have helped me be here in this world today. I don't know if this is normal, but I do this thing where I connect with the music, and relate to it. I also do this thing where I listen and try and thing about how much effort has been put into the song. I don't know what i'd do if music didn't exist.

My little sister, Shania, is my everything. Her dark brown eyes and long black hair down to her hips make her the spitting image of me.

I will do anything to protect her from anything at such a young age. She is only 6 but I love her to bits.

I want her to grow up with a normal child-hood, unlike I did. Yes, she has asked where mum and dad are, but I reply with a simple 'They're on vacation, they'll be back soon' I've been replying with that for as long as she could ask that question.

She and my brother are everything.

My brother, now I don't think I'm the only one who absolutely loves their siblings...

But I fucking adore my brother.

He puts on this tough act on, but I know that he cares deeply for me.... Even if he doesn't show it. I've seen him be heart-broken by a girl before, and it was a horrible experience seeing him mope around the house.

His and my only friend Michael didn't even know what to do with him.

Jaydn is an 18 year old boy who lives with me and Shania, that's it.... I'll tell you about my parents late. Maybe. He doesn't have a job, he doesn't go to school with me, he doesn't do anything except go out to parties and come back two days later.

The only thing I despise about him is that he's older than me by a minute.... Yes we are twins, but not identical.

Kayla.... Kayla is the older sister I've always wanted but never got... She has helped me through everything, she has long dark brown hair, big brown eyes, and awesome black glasses.

Michael, Jaydn, Kayla and Shania are my only friends. Pretty great friends if you ask me. I don't think that Kayla has actually met Michael because Mike usually doesn't like meeting new people... I'm gonna change that.

Michael and Jaydn, and Kayla are the only ones who know about everything. From the abuse from parents. Or should I say parent, to those deep gashes in my stomach, thighs, wrists, forearms, and ankles, to my fear of loud unexpected noises.

Everything.

And I completely trust them with that information.

So right now it's 7:00pm and I'm cuddling with Shania on the couch, and Michael and Jaydn are playing Xbox. Not very girly of me is it? No?

Well I don't give a fuck to be honest.

"NO FUCK!!!"

"YEAH MICHAEL!! I FUCKING WON! BRING ME FOOD BITCH!" Jaydn yells while throwing his controller to the ground.
