Chapter 22

Serenity's POV
Like any other week, the twins received two stories which when Barry had to slow the time down in order to stop a bomb and how his powers ended up being switched with Iris. While Barry headed for work to do more paperwork, I went to STAR Labs to train. I would practice shooting while the twins would be with Wally who would train them.
When we got into the Cortex the twins ran to hug Caitlin and Cisco.
"How long till Wally's here?" I asked and dropped stuff at my table.
"I'm right here." Wally said coming in before grabbing the twins and running out.
"Please be careful with them." I yelled out to him.
"There's mom Serenity." Cisco said.
"You'd be the same when you have kids." I said and grabbed my arrow bag. I secured it onto my back before grabbing my bow.
"Whenever that happens." Caitlin said before walking a different way from us.
I started heading to our training room with Cisco behind me.
"Are you really gonna train?" I asked him before he nodded.
Before we could even arrive the alarms went off, this one signaling that it's from the Justice League. I ran over back into the Cortex to see Wally finished with his phone.
"Barry's on his way." He said and I nodded my head.
"We wanna go." The twins whined.
"Both of you are not going out with this type of mission. Who knows if it's life threatening." I scolded them.
Barry came running in and listened to the message left from Bruce.
"You good?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'll call if we need back up." He said and kissed me and the twins before rushing out with Wally.
"Mommmmmm." The twins whined once more.
"No, like we agreed when your older. Also it has to be an easier mission and this isn't one of them." I said before looking at the message with the twins pleading in the back.
