Chapter 4: Ankle

The peace and quiet in the car was soon interrupted by the noise of the boys in the back seat.

All were enjoying a peaceful nap in the car until the lights suddenly turned on, causing then to mumble complaints in their drowsy state of mind.

They had finally arrived to their dorm after the 1 hour car ride. The boys were all fast asleep so none noticed that they had arrived. Sejin saw that no one had intentions of waking up so he got up and opened their car door. This triggered the inside car lights to turn on, thus waking up the members in the backseat.

"Greetings boys! I'm sorry to disturb your rest but we have just arrived at our destination! I'm sure you'll find your bed much more comfy than a car seat." Sejin greeted the boys, watching as they rubbed their tired eyes and began to get up.

The sleepy boys exited the vehicle, each thanking their manager and began to walk towards the entrance of their building. "Don't forget that tomorrow we have a few meetings so please rest up!" Sejin cheered as he waved goodbye to the boys.

With all of them being incredibly tired, no one noticed the absence of Yoongi. It was like a ritual for them to all sleepily march into their dorm as soon as they returned home after long days. It was also fairly often that a member would be left in the car, and Sejin would have to wake them up, reminding them that they are at the dorms.

This time however, Jimin had began to follow the members into the dorm, but remembered how Yoongi had to go to the doctor's. Though Jimin had a peaceful sleep, as was looking forwards to more, he was worried for Yoongi and didn't want him to be by himself.

Jimin rushed back to the car, happy to find that Sejin was still checking to see if the members had grabbed all their stuff. Not wanting to scare their manager, he tapped him on the shoulder and quietly asked, "Hi Sejin-nim. Hoseok told me that Yoongi was injured so I was wondering if I could go with you guys to the doctor's?"

Sejin always admired how much Jimin cared for his members but it was getting late at night, "Oh, hi Jimin. Yeah, Yoongi's not in the best shape right now but are you sure you want to come with us? It's late at night and we have a schedule tomorrow, are you sure you don't just want to sleep at the dorms? I'll bring Yoongi back later tonight after he gets his injury checked out."

Jimin understood his manager's concern but didn't want to let Yoongi go alone, "Thank you Sejin-nim, but please let me go with you guys. I'm worried about Yoongi's injury too and I don't want him to go by himself. I'll even make sure he gets back to the dorm safely, when you drop us off afterwards. Pleeaase!" Jimin looked at Sejin, pouting.

"Well, ok, if you insist. Thank you for offering to help me with Yoongi." Sejin smiled back at Jimin. He always had a hard time with refusing the boys' requests. Sejin always appreciated how hard they worked and how bonded they are, so it hurt his heart whenever he had to deny any one of them something. He really did see the group of seven boys as his sons, wanting the best for them at all times.

"Thank you Sejin-nim!" Jimin's pout quickly turned into a smile as he ran into the back seat, waiting for Sejin to return to the driver's seat, and head to their doctor.

In the front passenger seat, a sleeping Yoongi continued with his sleep undisturbed, shifting his body a few times.

Luckily they live only about a 5 minute drive away from their doctor, 2 minutes plus terrified passengers if Namjoon is behind the wheel.

Since the drive was so short, Jimin was able to close his eyes for a bit and think about tonight's promotion. Everything had gone perfectly. They effortlessly performed their stage and thanked their fans for another win. It was their last stage, and though Jimin loved being onstage in front of their fans, he was looking forward to the break they would be getting soon.
