I didn't know how to ask him.
It's an awkward topic.
Not something that's really talked about.
I frowned.
That makes me angry.
Why isn't mental health talked about?
Why is it seen as a weakness?
I made my mind up.
I decided to rip off the plaster and ask Dan about the box.
Like I said, it's probably nothing.
