Snow on my skin
Snow in my mouth
Snow mixing with the dust from me
And the blood from them

Tinted red
Slushy grey
Cold fingers
Biting through my shirt

Trudging through the snow
My spirits sinking
As more blood stains the snow
Because dust turns to blood

Purple water
Under thick ice
Frost covered dust
Melting as the dust turns to blood

Dust blowing in the phantom wind
In my face, my eyes, my skin
Dripping red into my mouth
And I savour it

Metallic and rich
Coating my tongue
Exquisite flavouring
Though it's still slightly grainy

Shaking my head
Spitting it out
Gagging on the taste
Choking on the dust

Stumbling to the lake
Chugging the water down
The bloodstained water
Tastes so sweet

Spitting that out too
Tears pricking my eyes
But I can't scream
Because of the dust in my throat

And then they hit me
Hard, in the middle of my chest
Like bullets
That take my breath away

Colours all around
Erupting from the ground
Swirling around me
Enveloping me

Dancing colours
Dancing shapes
All around
Mixed with black and red and white

Colours forming shapes
Clearer shapes
Smiling shapes
Dying shapes

Beautiful
They're so beautiful
The humans, my family
The one's I lost

Standing
Running
Remembering
And running

Away from them
Far, far away
Not now not now
As I tear through the landscape

There's nothing here for me
There's nothing left for us
My world is gone
My world doesn't exist

I have no one
I have nothing
Everything's gone
Everything's destroyed

And she stands in the snow
Beckoning me to follow
Laughing, smiling
My light in the darkness

Following her
Through the snow
Through the ice
Through the cold

Her warmth
A distant thing
In my bones
Filling me

Her light
Weak and strong
Barely there
But hurting my eyes

Real
False
Dead
Alive

What is she?
A ghost?
Or is she there?
Is my little sister alive?

Still running
Through the ghost town
Empty houses
Full of memories

It starts to come
Inching forward
Quickly, quickly
Dragging through the snow

Pale and deformed
With no real features
Huge and looming
Magic flickering

Attacking
Dodging
Attacking
Dodging

My blood turns to dust
Which floats away
In the wind
To mix with the snow

I fight back
Magic bursting forth
My blade in my hand
As I slash through it

As I feel it disintegrate
As the dust coats my arms
As it turns to blood
As it fills my mouth

Laughing
A gurgling laugh
From my throat
Tasting, enjoying

She stands there
Smiling
Laughing
At the deed I have done

Retching
Coughing
Vomiting
The dust from my stomach

Curling up
Sobbing
Warm sticky blood
In my hair, my skin

Screaming, crying
Tearing my skin
Blood flowing
Blood turns to dust

Standing
Gasping
Stumbling
To her

Her skin boils away
Heat sizzling the flesh
Melting it away
Revealing blackened bones

Screaming
Running
Past a red scarf
That is vaguely familiar

A voice fills my head
A hearty 'Nyeh heh heh!'
Strangely tasting spaghetti
And a warm feeling

Another of the dead
Lost to the world
And his dust turns to blood
Ruining his precious scarf

Stepping over the puddle
Walking forward
Everything darkening
As I enter Waterfall

And the dust turns to blood
