She lost something she couldn't replace
Something that lit up her face
That made her scream for joy
Like a kid playing with a toy
Her innocence long gone
After hearing the world's true song
A somber Requiem for those lost
To cold hearts that will defrost
The sound of suffering in the air
The actions that show no one cares
So she will sing a Requiem tonight
For those who won the battle
But lost the fight
