Friends?

Alison's POV

For the rest of the day, I stayed in my hotel room, trying to avoid Luke. I can't believe he was that harsh. I know we fight all the time but he have never been like that.

KNOCK KNOCK

I thoughts were interupted by the knocking. I walked up to the door and opened it. Behind the door was a smiling Ashton.

" Hey are you ready to go to the carnaval?" he said while casually walking in.

" Oh my gosh, I totally forgot"

"How did you forget? Well you still have time to get ready"

" Sorry, Luke and I had a fight"

" Well that's a shocker", he said in a sarcastic tone," what was it about?"

" I caught Jessica cheating on Luke and I told him but he wouldn't believe me instead he accuse me of being jealous". I showed him the picture of Jessica kissing someone else.

" Wow" he said staring at my phone.

" Hey, Luke doesn't trust me but he trust you. Jessica said that she's gonna meet up with the guy again today, maybe you could bring Luke there and he will see that I was right"

After Ashton agreed with the plan, I told him the location and we split up.

" You go with Luke, I'll be with michael and Calum" I said.

" Okay, bye Ali bear"

Luke's POV

I sat there thinking about what I said to Alison. I didn't know if she was lying or not but at the time, I wasn't thinking straight. She always hated me so I guess she wanted to get revenge. But then again, recently, I feel like me and Jessica are not close any more.

I heard a knock on the door so I opened it. My mistake. I was tackled by Ashton.

" Hey how's my best friend doing!?", he said.

" Fine?".

" How about we spend some time alone? We can have some Lashton time", Ashton sai in a seductive tone.

" Ok?".

" Okay let's go", he hopped off of me and pull me up.

Then we went to the beach and Ashton was leading the way. He led me to a secluded area. I didn't know what going on. Then I heard voices and immediately, I realized it was Jessica.

" I love you , Josh", Jesica said.

" I love you too", said 'Josh'.

" I'm so glad to be away from Luke", and their lips connected. I didn't know what to say. I stood there in shock. Then I realized that Alison was right, she was trying to help me.

I ran up to Jessica and 'josh' and stooped the kiss. Jessica looked at me in shock.

" Lukey, I-", I cut her off," Save it, I thought you loved me".

" yeah right, she only wanted your money" josh said.

" You know what, were over" I said to Jessica. With that, I walked away, not looking back. I didn't want her to see the tears rolling down my face.

I walked up to Ashton and said, " She was right, Ali was right. Do you know where she is?"

" She probably at the pier" he said. I ran as fast as I can toward the pier. Once I got there I tried to find Alison.

I walked near the edge of the pier, and there she was, leaning against the railing. With the sunset in the background, it almost looked like she was glowing. I walked toward her.

" Hey", I said. I caught her attention and she turned around.

" Hi", she give me a smile.

" I'm sorry", I blurted out, " You were right, and I shouldn't said those hurtful things to you".

I continued, " the truth is you deserve someone great and I think you're going to find him soon". I smiled at her.

" Thanks" she said in a small whisper.

"I got one question", I said, " why'd you tell me? You could've let me be hurt later but you chose to tell me now. Why?".

" Because I wanted to see your sad face now" I start to frow.

" I'm just kidding" , she said , " I mean just because we fight all the time doesn't mean I don't care about you".

" just want us to be friends like we were before we started fighting", she said.

" I would love to be your friend" I said

We stared at the beautiful sunset and I smiled. My eyes turned to Alison and I studied her feature. With the light in her face, she was beautiful. How did I not notice it before? She was 100 times more beautiful than Jessica.

Her face turned to me.

" Hey why are you staring at me like that?" She said.

" Because your beautiful" I replied.

I started leaning in, closing my eyes. My lip collided with her's and I expect her to kiss me back, but she didn't. I pulled away staring at her face.

" I-I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that" I stuttered

With that, I walked away
