It had been about three weeks since Mari's birthday and cutting Que off. I was sitting in my room watching tv when I got a facetime call fro Rah. "Yerrrrrr!!" He said into the phone. "What's poppin?" I said like Cardi. "God yall are so lame." Chelle said as she walked by. I chuckled. "Are you going to come out of your cave and chill with me?" He asked. "I kind of like my cave, though." I said looking around my dimly lit room. "What are you getting into tonight?" I asked looking back at my screen. "Bailey invited me to this party she's throwing." He said.

I knew Rah and I weren't together but knowing the number of women who want him and the things they want to do to him annoys me none the less, Bailey be one of them. "Bailey huh?" I asked. He chuckled. "Jealous?" He asked. "Pssh, jealous of bathroom stall Bailey, I think not." I said making him laugh. "Well that's where I'm going to be. If you're trying to come see ya boy." He smiled. "I might come through." I said. He smiled before I heard a bunch of niggas walking in the room. "Aye nigga who you talking to." I heard a man say before the phone was taken and a new nigga came into view.

"Damn baby who are you?" He asked, as I stared at the screen as multiple niggas pushed their way into the screen before Rah snatched his phone back. "Evie I'm gone call you later." I laughed nodding my head,

Raheem

It was about 11:00 pm and I had been at this party for almost an hour. I was high, and I was only on my second cup so I was feeling nice. I was sitting on a counter as I looked at everybody when my homie tapped me. "There go your girl." I looked and sure enough there was Evie.

"Damn." I said looking at her. She smiled as she hugged some people. She looked up and our eyes locked as a smile broke out across my face. She walked towards me with a smile. "You missed me huh?" I asked chuckling. "Maybe alittle." She said.

My eyes washed over her. "You always trying to dress like me." I joked.

She laughed shaking her head. "But I look better." She said with a smirk. I couldn't lie she did look good and she had gone back to her curly hair. She was wearing an all black dress and it hugged her curves just right. "Yeah you look good." I said nodding my head. She looked up at me with this adorable smile before Bailey walked over. "Rah you came." She said pushing her way between Evie and me. "I told you not to call me that." I said annoyed. "She gets to call you that." Bailey said gesturing towards Evie. "She has a name you gutter..." "Evie." I said stopping her with laughter in my voice. She rolled her eyes before walking into the kitchen.

"Raheem you know I like you why you keep playing me?" Bailey asked. "Bailey I've really tried to be nice but you not listening to me. I don't like you in that way. You cool peoples but we're just friends." I explained as nice as possible. Her face dropped slightly. "Oh okay." She said before she walked off. I shook my head before I walked to the backyard where my boys playing what looked like spades. "I see yall trying to lose money." I said. We always bet money or dared eachother to do shit whenever we played games. "Nigga." Jared said giving me a look. I laughed as he passed out the cards.

I looked off into the distance only to spot Evie smiling and dancing with her friends. "You fucking her or what cause your eyes have glued to her since she got here." Kylon said. "Ain't that the girl you were on the phone with?" Dj asked. "Yeah." I said. "What's her name.... Evie right?" Drew asked. I watched Evie as a nigga walked up behind her grabbing her hips. She looked over shoulder before she stood shaking her head pushing him away. I was chilling until the nigga grabbed her arm jerking her into his arms. I stood about to go over there and break his jaw only for Evie to beat me to it. She socked him in his shit making him stumble. "Damn." Mu boys said while I smiled. She walked off with Chelle and Momo right behind her. She was about to walk past me when I wrapped my arms around her pull her to me. "Get the fuck off me." She snapped before she looked over her shoulder to see it was me. "Calm down." I whispered in her ear. I turned sitting down pulling on to my lap before I picked up my cards. "Who's first?" I asked while Evie pouted as she sat in my lap.

Evie

I had been sitting in Rah's lap as he talked and laughed with his friends. "You good?" He asked me. "Yeah." I said as I took a pull from his blunt. "Yo are two together?" The guy who I learned name was Kylon asked. "No." We both said. The three men and my girls stared at us. "What?" I asked. "Nothing." They said shaking his head. "So yall want to get out of here cause this party lame as shit." Dj asked. "Movie night at Raheem's?" Kylon suggested. "How you just gone offer up my place?" Rah asked. "Movie night sounds fun." I said looking over at Rah. He looked at me for a minute before he sighed. "Fine." He said making smile. "Wow." Kylon said as the guys all looked at each other.

While everyone was sitting in the living room passed out Rah and I were sitting in his room. "Here." He said handing me a shirt and a pair of boxers. I changed before I walked out. He looked up at me with this look. "What?" I asked as I placed my clothes on his dresser. "Nothing." He said. I walked over and sat next to him. I took the remote from him and flipped through the channels before i decided on watching Insecure. I was staring at the tv when I felt his eyes on me. I looked, and he was staring at me. "What?" I asked. "You look good in my shit." He said. "I look good in anything." I corrected. "Yeah you right." He said.

He got up and he looked over at me. "Come here." He said holding out his hand. I grabbed his hand and he led us outside. He pulled me down onto his lap as we sat outside. "So why are we out here?" I asked as he wrapped his arms around me as watched the different people walk around. I propped my feet on the footrest as some music started playing from inside which made the music sound muffled and changed the atmosphere. Rah leaned over lifting up his fake plant and pulling out a container. I watched as he opened it to reveal several pre-rolled blunts and two lighters. He grabbed one lighting it before he took a pull. I grabbed his arm bringing the blunt to my lips. I usually hated being outside but I right now I didn't want to be anywhere else. Rah wrapped his arm around my neck and he leaned his head against mine. We sat there for a while talking about whatever came to our minds before I fell asleep.
