Chapter 30

"This is really nice" i say looking into jakes eyes

"It's a little too fancy though" I smirk

"Ya think so?" He puts his feet on the table

"Jake!" I whisper shout "get ur feet off the table, people are staring" I give a mean look to him

"Just trying to make it not as fancy"

"You look like a punk"

He slowly puts his feet down

"Your new hair cut makes you look like a bigger punk" I smile

"What, you don't like my haircut?" He begins to frown

"No, I love it, but people probably think" I pause, And see the look on jakes face

"I.. I.. Mean it looks"

I'm stopped by jakes lips pressing on mine. He slowly leans back,

"Trust me, it looks sexy" I smile

As we finish our meal, jake drives me home in his new truck

"Thanks for the amazing night" I blush

"Thanks for actually joining me" he laughs

"Ya, right" I laugh with him

"Suzzie, I know you are going through stress, but, would you like to go with me on tour for a week with the boys?"

"I'd love too, especially seeing the boys again" I giggle

We reach the house and he walks me up to the door.

"I'll see you next week?" I ask

"Sooner" jake smiles

He leans in and gives me a kiss

"I love you suzzie"

"I love you too" I say as I lean in to give him a kiss back
