Reuniting

*beep* *beep* *beep*

I look over at my clock and slam my hand right on it making it fall.

I slowly get up looking around the room. I walk over to my closet and pick out a cyan colored dress with black flats.

I put my hair up into a bun and head down stairs.

"Want some eggs?" My mom asks

"Sure" I say as I sit down at the table

"Excited to see everyone?"

"Uh ya" I say unsure

I scroll down through vine eating my eggs. As I finish I hear

*beep* *beep*

"She's here, see you later mom" I say grabbing my Vera Bradley purse.

"Bye have fun"

I hop into laurels car, seeing she brought Starbucks. Obviously.

I grab my drink and start sipping on it. It was my favorite, I couldn't resist.

As we get to the high school I see a couple people walking in.

"Ready?"

"Ya" I say

We both get out of the car and head inside. We both look around for a while. I noticed my friend Kendall.

"Hey!" I practically scream.

"Oh my goodness! It feels like I haven't seen you in forever!" She screams back

We keep talking until I see someone.

He looked formiliar. He just wouldn't turn around.

"Hey can you grab me one of those things over there" laurel points at the papers on the table

"Ya sure"

I start to pick up the papers, I turned around and started walking but something stopped me.

I ran into another person.

"Oh sorry" I say

The guy turns around

We are both stunned.

"J-jake?" I ask

"Suzzie!" He says surprised

"Wow, I haven't seen you since I was a freshman."

"Ya"

We both hug each other.

"Hey maybe sometime we could get something to eat, catch up more, ya know?" He says

"Ya that would be cool" I smile
