Things couldn't get any better for Julia Andrew, the newest addition to the Jump Street team. She enjoys going undercover in high schools and gets along very well with her new colleagues, especially Tom Hanson who quickly became her best friend.
But...
I didn't want the night to end, I didn't want to go back to my temporary home just yet. It'd been so long since the last time we had been together alone like this that I wanted it to last. A rather good idea popped into my head when we were still at the restaurant. The idea of somewhere we could go to.
"Here we are, but keep your eyes closed okay ?", I said as I parked the car. I stepped outside and quickly went to open the passenger door to help Tom out as well since he wasn't allowed to see at the moment. Grabbing both his hands, I started slowly leading him to where I wanted us to spend some time.
"Okay, you can open your eyes now", I instructed after a few minutes walk. He quickly obeyed, discovering where I had taken him.
The beach.
It was my favorite place in the world. I used to come here when I was a kid with my mother before that damn cancer took her away. I used to come with my grandmother as well. This place was so full of good memories, and I wanted to add some more, with Tom. I knew he had already been here before, just like everyone else in that town, but he had never been here with me and I wanted to change that. Besides, now was the best moment. The atmosphere was so different at night. No people shouting, no kids running everywhere. Only us.

"Wow", he exclaimed, seemingly amazed. He paused for a moment, carefully studying his surroundings. "It's the first time I come here that late actually", he laughed after a while, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Same here", I admitted, giggling.
"It's beautiful", he added, still scanning the place.
"I've always loved coming here everytime I needed to relax. I knew it would be even more peaceful and magic at night", I wrapped my arms around his neck to bring him close to me and muttered, "There's no one around, just the two of us. It's so...romantic." He smiled slightly at me before leaning in to close the distance between us and softly moving his lips against mine.
We walked down the beach, hand in hand, looking at the horizon and listening to the calming sound of the breeze and the waves crashing on the shore. The moon and the stars were reflecting in the water, creating the illusion that the sea was made of thousands of shining diamonds. It was so pretty. Everything seemed to be unreal, just like in a dream.
We eventually ended up sitting on the sand to enjoy the scenary. Tom was behind me and I was between his legs. I leaned back against his chest to make myself more comfortable while he wrapped his arms around my waist. I felt so safe, so warm inside, so complete, so loved, so in love. I felt like I had finally found the place where I belonged. I stole little glances at him every now and then, he was so perfect. So handsome, so gentle, so kind. He too seemed to be unreal, just like the charming prince little girls dream of their entire childhood, except he was so much more wonderful than that. I started wondering what I could have done to deserve him. He was the living proof that no matter how cruel it could be, life was worth living.
We remained silent for some time, admiring the view in the very same position and enjoying each other's company. We were so close. Tommy was stroking my hair and I could feel his warm breath on my neck. He was soothing me and sending shivers down my spine, both at once.
"Are you cold ?", he asked after a moment, as he noticed my arms were covered in goosebumps.
"No", I turned my head to look at him, "In fact, You are the reason why I'm covered in goosebumps", I confessed, blushing.
He chuckled. My god was he handsome. For some reason, my face heated up.
"Oh really ?", he raised an eyebrow, a playful smile appearing on his lips.
"Uh-Uh", I confirmed, nodding my head. As I eventually turned my head to look back at the sea, he pulled my hair aside in a slow motion of his hand and came closer to my ear before whispering
"Am I giving you goosebumps right now ?" His deep voice made me shiver and he saw it. My breath became uneasy as he then brushed his lips against the trembling skin on my neck. I could feel him smile in satisfaction.
I turned around to sit on his lap, my arms sliding around his neck. I went to kiss his nose, but he took me by surprise, grabbing the side of my face to bring my mouth to his. Our lips started moving in sync, slowly at first, but the rythm soon intensified as I let his tongue in.
"Have you ever done it on the beach ?", he flirtatiously asked in a murmur after we pulled away.
I shook my head no, already biting my lip in anticipation of what he was gonna say or do next.
"Oh...it's a shame", he growled. "But...", he paused, running his fingers up my legs, "we're gonna change that."
