My bike roared as I rode at 90 on the off-road. My hands tightened the handlebars so tightly I thought they would dent it. I eased off the handlebar but kept speeding up. For what I was going to do, I was sure to come out in blood. Forty minutes later, I'd arrived. A long sigh escaped my mouth as I walked past the parked car and to the red accent door. I was about to knock when I thought of a better idea. I left the door and began climbing up the pipe to the second floor. As soon as my foot reached the roof, tiles began sliding off. I was careful to reach the window and tried to slide it open. 'Locked' I thought to myself. I reached for the blade in my hair and switched it open. Abby picked up her cell phone and dialed James. My palms were sweaty. If this didn't work, id be his bride to be in a couple hours and there was nothing I could do about it. "James! She came back... Yes, she's right here... Alright, I'll see you soon." She put the phone back and smiled at me. "I knew you would come back" I gave a fake smile.
I didn't have long before James and his gang would come to collect me. I would have to act fast. "Hey, mom? Can you help me make a sandwich?" She smiled "of course" she got up and walked behind me into the kitchen. She began taking out bread and other things while I spoke. "Have you ever been in so much pain you wanted to die?" She looked at me curiously. "I can't say I have. Why?" I chuckled "no reason." I walked behind her "y'know... You and dad really hurt me." She didn't seem to notice what I had said. "I hope you like pain," I said under my breath. I raised the knife and stabbed her back. She almost screamed but I had gotten the rag in her mouth before it could reach the living room. I pulled it out and spun her towards me. I had made sure she had fear in her eyes before I took the knife and slid it across her neck. Her lifeless body fell to the floor with a thump. "Get me a beer, Luna!" My "father" screamed from his seat on the couch. I opened the fridge door and grabbed a beer from it. I took the cap off and had a clever idea. I put it on the counter and picked up Abby's body, also putting it on the counter. I dumped a fourth from the bottle onto her body and took her neck, pouring some into the bottle.
I walked into the living room and handed him the "beer". He took a good swig and spit it out. "the hell is in this?" He asked coughing. I laughed like a maniac. "Your wife" he had a genuine concern in his eyes. "Your turn" he backed away to the wall and began pleading to me to spare him. "You did spare me when you were beating me to a pulp. You didn't spare me when I begged and pleaded. You never did. Not once. So why should I?" He stuttered, "b-because I'm your-your f-father?" I laughed and lunged at him.
I walked away bloody and satisfied. I went back to the fridge and got out two or three bottles of beer, dumping it all over the first floor. I opened another drawer and grabbed out matches. I took the last beer and poured a path outside so I could set it once they stepped in. It didn't take long for James to arrive. Once he was at the front door I struck the match and dropped it. The flame carried all the way to the house and started a small fire. It grew quickly as they saw the bloodied mess. I took no time after that to get out of the area. I rode back to Alex in hopes of him being okay.
When I reached the house I parked the bike back in the garage and went inside. I sucked in a long breath and called out their names. Jake gave out a satisfying reply. I followed the voice to the living room. They sat on the couch and didn't move. My heart sank. They couldn't be dead. NOT NOW! My fear was eliminated once Alex spoke. "Why do I smell beer?" I laughed with tears in my eyes. They both turned to me and gasped at my body. Both ran to me and began asking questions but I didn't hear anything. I was too involved in my own thoughts to hear their "good news". I opened my arms wide and hugged them both. Neither were prepared. "What did you do?" I laughed when Alex asked me that. "M-mike is dead." Alex gasped. "What happened?" I sucked in a breath. "James". He gritted his teeth. "I'll call an emergency meeting with the others". I nodded. " and you may hear something about a fire on the news" I said, running. "WHAT?!" They both screamed. I finished up with a candle-lit bath and warm PJs before drifting to sleep. Tomorrow we start planning.
