CHAPTER 13

This has a random flashback and more random peoples POV...... Ok. Wasting no time! Lets do this!

~Flashback~
(Normal POV)

Eddy sat in the car with his mother driving. Their things were piled in cardboard boxes filling the trunk and the backseat. They were being followed by a moving truck, which carried the rest of their things. It was dead silent. Eddy looked out the window at the culdesac they were leaving behind. He had a tint of sadness in his eyes but he had a hurt look on his face. His mother kept glancing over at him.

"Eddy... What..." She sighed. "I'm doing this for your own well being, you know that, right?" She asked, voice full of concern. She didn't understand... For years Eddy kept complaining about how everyone hated him and then all of the sudden, they were all friends? She sighed once more. This was her luck. Go on vacation to spend time with your secret lover and you miss all of the juicy details...

Eddy snorted a laugh and turned to her. "Oh, so making me move across the country from my best friends is helping me? Mhm... yeah. Whatever mom." Eddy turned his head back to the window. She sighed. "Eddy, you'll make new friends there. I promise." She put her gaze back on the road. "Mom, why did you even want me to go there with you? Why do you need me there? If I didn't come, you and Robert whats-his-face could have all that space alone. Why do you need me there?" Eddy's mother looked at him. "Didn't I tell you? It's not going to be just me you and Roger, by the way. You're brothers coming with."

Eddys eyes widened in absolute terror. "W-what? P-please tell me I didn't hear that right...?" He was practically begging. He COULD NOT survive with his brother there..... "Damien is coming with us to California. He's meeting us there.... I could have sworn I told you..." Eddys mother tried to act like she was thinking, but Eddy saw right through her. "You purposely didn't tell me... Because you thought I wouldn't come as easily, right?" When his mother didn't answer, he got angry. "Tell me!" His mother groaned. "Alright! Yes, I purposely didn't tell you... You wouldn't have been as willing to come... I'm sorry..." She said as she looked at him. She tried to put a hand on his, since it was resting on the armrest I the middle, but he yanked it away. "Don't touch me! First, you make me move across the country from my friends, and then you tell me that the worst person in human creation is going to be joining us. This is by far the worst day of my life, so I'd appreciate it if you just left me alone!" Eddy blinked away tears and looked out the window again. It was going to be a loooong drive....

(Nazz's POV)

I was sitting in science class, which I happened to have with Eddy and Double D, when I saw them both walk into the class. They were being trailed by a girl with blue and black hair. She was extremely pretty. There was already a new boy in this class too... Did they, like, transfer from the same school or something?

I saw the girl glare at the new boy, who sat in front of me, and sit next to Eddy, who sat behind me. I heard Eddy and Double D talking and I wondered of they made up again.

I was still kinda mad. He snapped at Kev for no reason at all! That was so not cool. Who does he think he is? Just because he's from Cali he thinks he owns the place... I mean, he's a insensitive, big headed, mean, cruel, adorable, funny, an amazing artist, a beautiful singer, and totally hot....... Oh God..... I put my head in my hands.

Snap out of it Nazz! You can't be thinking like that! He's just a normal guy jerk! Take Sarah's words... They just want to take advantage of me... They don't really care.... And Eddy is one of those pigs! No matter how good looking he is, you can NOT think things like that, dude!

Someone tapped me on the shoulder and I spun around to see Double D smiling at me. Eddy had that adorable grin on his face. Gah! Stop it, stupid brain!!

"Hey, I'm really sorry about what I said. I didn't mean to go that far, I was just kind of upset." He flashed his perfect teeth in a shy smile and I glanced down at his lips and saw two piercings. Wait... What? When did he get those? Wait... Stay on topic Nazz! I stuck my nose up at him. "Hmph! I don't talk to stupid jerks who yell at people for no reason." My heart fluttered in my chest at the look he had on his face. Oh my God his face... It's so perfect! I had to resist trying to slap myself. Get. It. TOGETHER girl!!

The new girl decided now was the time to poke into the conversation. "Hey, Nazz, was it? He has always had a difficult time controlling his temper. He always says things he doesn't mean." I looked at her. She was so much prettier than me... Was that why Eddy wanted her to sit next to him? Why didn't he want to sit next to me? Did they know each other from California? I clenched my teeth together in frustration.

"I'm not the one you should be apologizing to dude. If you want my forgiveness, get Kevin to forgive you. He's the one you yelled at." I finally decided to look at him and regretted it. His eyes were so pretty! They were the perfect shade of brown. God, why does he have to be so attractive?! It's not fair!! Why can anyone else be as hot as him, then I wouldn't be having these issues...

I thought back to how he looked when we were 10. I never even considered him... Now... He is probably the hottest person I've ever seen... And I've seen a lot of hot guys!! Ugh!!! Why am I even thinking about this? And couldn't I have used a better term? Whatever, how to word sentences are the least of my problems right now.

He smirked at me. FUCKIN SHIT STOP BEING SO CUTE!!! I almost slammed my hand down I frustration. I drummed my fingers on the desk. "Um, pardon me Nazz, but are you alright?" Double D asked. I probably looked stressed as hell... Well, whatever! I didn't care! I just wish this stupid feeling went away! Like, oh my God!! Kev and I still had to work stuff out, I can't be drooling over one hot guy!! What was wrong with me?!

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said a bit too quickly. Eddy smiled slyly at me. My insides felt like they were melting... Don't you even start again brain. I am so done with you shit... Although, none of them pressed the issue. Thank God...

The bell rang, signaling that we had to stop talking.... Saved by the bell! I turned around and sighed a small sigh of relief. As the teacher began talking, I stopped listening and thought about what I was going to do with Kevin....

(Kevin's POV)

I was in math class writing down notes halfheartedly. I still didn't get an answer from Nazz about us going out... And I asked her two days ago... Man, this was so lame!

I put my pencil down and put my head in one of my hands. Mr. Hale was writing equations on the board and told us to copy them down. I sighed and scribbled them down. A thought popped into my mind and I got a new piece of paper. I began to write. This was gonna be so choice!

(Skye's POV)

I watched as Nazz turned around in her seat. Man, she's got it baaaaaad... It's so obvious! She was practically pulling her hair out of her head! Man, people don't know how to suppress their feelings these days....

I saw Talen glance over at me with a look of regret. He had apologized a thousand times. But I'm a girl of my word. I was done. Im not having him treat me like shit and expect to get away with it. Fuck that. He's got another thing coming if that's what he expects. I shot the nastiest look I could manage at him and looked back down at my paper full of notes. I was never good at science... I always copied off of Eddy.... Speaking of which...

I glanced at Eddys paper and saw he had his arm blocking my view. Damn... I leaned my head over and he gently pushed it away. He looked at me with a sly smirk and went back to his notes, his head much lower to the paper this time. I huffed in frustration. God damn it Eddy.....
