This chapter is skipping around a bit in time. The beginning is the day Alex did the paint prank. Then after that its like a week later. Aaaaand I think that's all. I'll say as I go along.

(Alex's Prank)

The principal walked through the paint splattered hallways in a full rage. When he found out who did this..... They were in for a treat...

He was tearing down the ruined Prom banners when a teacher came up to him. "Sir, we found what did it." The principal looked at him in shock and followed him to the maintenance room. Gallons of empty paint buckets were all attached to the sprinkler pipes. Most of the paint was dry, so that would be even more money out of his pocket to fix the pipes and get them cleaned.... Great.....

Something shiny caught his eye. On the floor next to the sprinkler pipes, almost hidden by boxes, was a necklace of some kind. The principal bent down and picked it up. It was a pair of dog tags. The name had paint covering it slightly, but it was still readable.

Harold W McGee
Air Force

The rest of the information was there, but all he needed was the last name. "Eddy McGee....... You are in for a world of trouble..." The principal smiled and walked off to his office to make a couple calls.

---------------
(Present day - a week later)

Eddy was copying notes down in Advanced Chemistry when he had a pass placed down on his desk. It had all the information on it, telling him to go to the office. He stood, gathered his things, and walked out of the room, but not before giving Double D a worried side glance.

He walked down the hall of the science wing, searching his mind for what he possibly did. He made a right when he came to the end of the hall and took the stairs up. He walked down a long hallway, passing the English rooms, when he went into the office.

The secretary pointed to the open door of the principals room, since she was on the phone. He gulped nervously and walked towards the door. He walked in to see the principal glaring at him. "Sit down Mr. McGee." Eddy winced, both at how angry he sounded and his last name. He sat in the chair and someone closed the door.

The principal leaned forward. "Do you know why your in here today?" Eddy simply shook his head, deciding it best if he didn't say anything. The principal chuckled dryly. "Listen kid. We can do this the easy way or the hard way." Eddy was so confused. 'What the fuck is he talking about? What did I do?'

"I-I don't know what your talking about sir..." The principals smirk deflated. "So... The hard way it is...." Eddy bit his lip. 'For god sakes, just tell me what I did!' He thought to himself. He played with his hands as the principal leaned back in his chair.

Instead of talking, the man simply held up his hand, a necklace dangling on his fingers. Eddy grinned. "My dog tags! You found them!" He snatched them away and put them back around his neck. "So, they are yours?" Eddy nodded excitedly. "Where did you find them?" "In the maintenance room. Right next to where the paint was hooked up to the sprinkler system."

Eddy paled. Suddenly, why he was here, became all too clear. "Mr. Mathews. I-I didn't-" he didn't even get a chance to deny the mans claims before Mr. Mathews held his hand up. "You said the dog tags were yours. They were found next to the paint buckets. So, logic would incline that you are the culprit of the paint incident."

"I promise it wasn't me! I lost my tags before this happened! How could it have been my fault?" Eddy tried to defend himself. "If it wasn't you, who was it?" Eddy felt the smallest twinge of pain in his nose, remembering how Alex crashed his face against the concrete after admitting it was him.

"Alex did, sir." Mr. Mathews frowned. "Alex? Alex Mathews? My son?" Eddy nodded. "Young man, do I look like I was born yesterday? My son is an angel!" Eddy resisted laughing. "And besides, my family may have just moved here last year, but I know all about your family. Especially your brother. How much of a pain he was. He must have rubbed off on you in some way."

Eddy instantly became furious. "Your giving your son special treatment! On the day of the prank, my friends and I were walking home, and him and a bunch of other people came and kept squirting me with paint. And then he, as much as I hate to admit it, beat me up. He told is flat out it was him. Ask anyone who was there!"

Mr. Mathews waved Eddy out, having heard enough of his story. "I have some calls to make. Go back to class." Before eddy left, Mr. Mathews gave him a slip of paper. Eddy didn't bother to read it, he was too pissed.

As he walked out of there, he unfolded the paper. Pretty much, it told him he was suspended for 3 days, had to pay to clean the pipes out of his own pocket, and had detention every Saturday for the next month. "Are you actually fucking kidding me?"
