A Change of Heart

Yuyan's  POV

Well we all pretty much know who's at Ichiraku. I'm sure Hisui didn't know though right? He seemed pretty sorry about blaming everything on Naruto, maybe he could be nice to him and everything would be ooookay!

"So were you in the mood for ramen or something little one?"

"U-umm yeah! I've never had real ramen because I never ate it back home but I want to try it!"

"Whaaaat? You've never had ramen before? How does someone just not  have ramen in their life?"

"Well how am I suppose to know?"

We walked for a little longer before seeing Itachi and another little boy about my age walking next to him. The both seemed to be happy walking together, especially the little kid who clung to Itachi ni-san like he was his mother. Maybe he was training another kid like me.

And here I thought I was special!

"Oi Itachi!" Hisui called out.

"Oh Hisui, Yuyan, what are you guys doing aren't you suppose to be training?"

"Yeah, but the little one got hungry and so did I so we decided to eat at Ichiraku's."

"Do you mind if we tag along?"

"Nah, not at all. Hey it's little Sasuke, who've you been kid?"

The boy who was next to Itachi ni-san, I assumed he was Sasuke, gave a big smile to Hisui and said "Great, ni-san just taught me a new shuriken jutsu!"

Hisui ruffed his hair, "that's great kid, you're gonna become a great ninja, even better than Itachi!"

Sasuke smiled again, "But first I need to get into the academy!"

Hmm it seems like we're both going to be in the academy then, maybe I can make another friend too! This is great! Maybe he can meet Naruto and we can all grow up and become great ninjas and support Naruto when he's Hokage. Or we can be the elders.

Wait the elders are weird, I don't wanna be an elder.

Much less Danzo.

The thought of him sent a small chill up my spine. I hadn't realized I had zoned out until someone screamed "Yuyan!"

"U-ugh w-what?"

"This here is Sasuke Uchiha, he's Itachi's kid brother, be friends," Hisui demanded.

I faced Sasuke who was also facing me. I guess I hadn't gotten a good look at his face because he was really cute. He had a cute little smile and hair that looks like a duck-butt, and these large onyx eyes. He really had the looks going for him, just like Itachi ni-san, he was good looking too.

"H-hi I'm Yuyan," I gave him a closed eye smile and held out my hand so he could shake it.

He took my hand and shook it, "I'm Sasuke, ni-san told me about you! He said he had a pretty girl he wanted me to meet!"

I turned red like a tomato and looked at Itachi and Hisui only to see them laughing at my reaction.

"O-oh is that so?," I laughed awkwardly.

We made our way to Ichiraku's, Sasuke and I walked ahead of Itachi and Hisui who were behind us talking about some mission they were going on later in the day.

Sasuke didn't seem to talk much, or rather he looked a little shy to talk, but I didn't know what to talk to him about I didn't know anything about him, so I sort of struck up a conversation.
