Hello my sweeties💗 I wanted to apologize for updating so late. My family is going through some pretty tough times, I don't like to post anything personal on here (my name isn't even Louisa) but I will do my best to keep updating regularly. Thank you for reading and supporting my stories!

Harleen took her time walking through the club, passed sweaty bodies and drunk party-goers. The place reeked of alcohol but that didn't stop her from walking straight to the bar.
Part of her nagged her to walk out right now, pack her shit and skip town. It would be the easiest way of avoiding drama.

Just tuck your tail between your legs and make like a pussy, scram! She thought to herself, but she knew mister J would end up finding her.
The judicial system would track her down.
She couldn't live her life in hiding.

She found an empty stool at the bar and sat, squeezing between two men with biceps larger than her head. But she wasn't at all intimidated.

The bartender made eye contact with her and coyly walked up to her, leaning over the counter.

"And what can I get you, pretty lady?" He asked.

"A cold Johnny," Harleen said hesitantly.

The bartenders smile quickly dropped and he cleared his throat as he straightened up and walked straight to the phone. He tapped a few numbers and held the phone up nervously to his ear.

"Uh...yeah, Johnny. It's for you," the bartender said. He nodded his head and hung up after a few seconds.

He walked back to Harleen. "Sit tight." He said with a small smile. His attention was quickly averted to another guest. Harleen noticed all these little actions of his, making mental notes. She could tell right off the bat something was off. This Johnny fellow seemed intimidating.

Seconds later, she felt a presence behind her. Turning around, she was met by a tall, bearded man towering over her.

"Dr. Quinzel, is it?" He asked.

Harleen nodded.
He looked her up and down and nodded back, looking around before instructing her to follow him. As he led her through a long, dim corridor, Harleen couldn't help but notice the men surrounding them. Each had scars, tattoos, hardened eyes. They seemed...soulless.
They had probably sold their souls to their boss.
Mister J.
Just like her.

It was at that moment she figured out she wasn't much different from these men.
Johnny finally stopped at a door and twisted the knob. As he pushed it open, he instructed everyone to go inside.

Soon Harleen found herself in what seemed like a storage room. Large containers full of guns and weapons of all types made her eyes practically bulge out of their sockets, she knew he was the joker and all but she never imagined such a large arsenal. It was unfathomable.

"So, did the boss tell you what he was looking for? Grenades? Semi's? Machine gun?" Johnny questioned as they stood in the middle of the room.

"He just said tonight." Harleen spoke quietly.

"Tonight?" Johnny was taken aback.

"Yeah...he never specified what he..needed." Harleen gulped.

"I got it. 'Tonight' is code." Johnny chuckled, nodding over at the men who began to load up on weapons. Harleen watched as they ascended on the containers like vultures, grabbing on to whatever they possibly could, carrying as much as they could.

Their unwavering loyalty to their boss nearly made her eyes well with tears. This is what fear did.
In a sense, she was as hungry for his approval and trust as these men.

She watched as they descended out of the room within minutes, all the containers now completely void of any weapons. Johnny chuckled and walked to a cabinet, taking out more guns and weapons.

"Yeah, we wouldn't forget about you, princess." He said as he placed two guns in Harleens hands. "You're a part of this now. There ain't no going back." He whispered.

Harleens heart nearly burst out of her chest as she held the cold metal in her hands. It was overwhelming. But she knew he'd be proud of her.

He'd approve.

He'd want her.
More.
He'd lust for her now.

A small smile grew on her lips at the thought of his approval of her now.
It was all coming together.
Harleen climbed into the white van driven by Frost and released the breath she had been holding in. They were on their way and they wouldn't be wasting any more time.

Tonight, they'd be together.
For good.

Harleen snuck glances at Johnny's concentrated face as he drove erratically through the woods. Not a single word was uttered beyond their exchange in the weapons storage room of the club.
From the looks of it, that was Joker's club. Of course she didn't expect anything less. He was notorious for owning a large portion of exotic entertainment venues throughout Gotham, mostly in and around the narrows, where thugs and the impoverished thrived the most.

They neared the large gates of the asylum, the large building now in full-view. And that's when Harleens panic set in.
Johnny stopped the vehicle ahead of the gate and scanned his mirrors. The other men in the vans strategically parked around him, awaiting further orders. He glanced over at Harleen.

"You ready?" He asked.

Harleen nodded, removing her badge from her pocket.

"As soon as we put in your code for the gate, the men will get into position. They'll secure all entrances. Everyone's chipped, including you." He said in a warning tone.
Harleen looked at him surprised.

"What? How?" She asked.

Johnny grinned, slightly leaning in. "You did order the cold Johnny. If you noticed, it was slightly fizzy. Well, for the next 12 hours, you're on our radar. That concoction was mister J's specialty. Special chemicals that bond with the pepsin in your stomach will produce a mini chip, if you will. In 12 hours you'll probably experience dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. It's really not bad, I've seen it in motion before. You'll be fine," Johnny said as he leaned back into his seat and drove forward.

"But...why? Why did you want me chipped?" Harleen asked, still pale at the thought of her body intruded in that sort of way.

"Don't worry too much about that. We need your full cooperation for this. Just a liability issue, I guess." Johnny spoke absentmindedly. Harleen certainly didn't like his tone at this point but it was too late. She had put in her code already and the gates had opened, allowing for the van she was in as well as the several vans of the other men to quickly pass through.

She let out the breath she was holding in as her dainty fingers found the handle of the door. Johnny and the men were already outside, hiding in the shadows, as Harleen joined them.

"Okay doc, here's the plan. We stay behind you 5-10 feet. You gain access per usual. Just another day at work.
They'll question you for the odd hours at which point you say you were paged. They'll deny this saying that you don't work around the clock like other doctors. You lie through your pretty teeth and tell them that there may be a malfunction between your pager and theirs. You're there. You wanna investigate. It's your right.
They let you in, as soon as you're in you do away with the receptionist. No one will hear, all the guns have silencers on. You're safe.
You walk straight through and lead us to the main corridor, heavily armed. That's when you duck and we take em out. Easy?" Johnny covered.

Harleen was taken aback at all this.
She wasn't expecting to be at the firing line herself.

"But, I can't- I can't shoot- please I can't-"
"You know, mister J's not gonna take it very lightly that you're refusing orders." Johnny warned. "Now isn't the time to start defying his orders..."

After a few seconds of deep thought, Harleen knew she was in a bind. She couldn't get out of this.
She was doing it for him. No room for pussying out now.

Johnny shoved a gun in her hand, which she hid alongside the others she already had on her person, and they began their slow, calculated descent inside.
