"W-what?" She asked horrified, taken aback by Johnny's sudden aggression. "What did I do?" She asked confused.

"Ssh...it's part of the show. You're gonna lead us to where he is and once the other guards see us holding you hostage, they'll be too distracted to notice the Russians sneaking up behind them." Johnny explained.

"Russians? Who are they?" Harleen asked.

Johnny chuckled as he pushed Harleen out of her office and down to the hall where mister j was held. "I pulled out all the stops for this heist of ours. The Russians are the Abramovici twins employed by Mr. J, they were conjoined twins but J had them separated to work for him."

"What if they're ambushed?" Harleen asked. "What if they're taken out from behind? The other guards from different floors might get suspicious if they aren't getting replies on their cell devices," Harleen explained.

"These guys are 7 feet tall and pure muscle. A couple bullets ain't gonna make 'em bleed. Trust me, Mr. J's tried." Johnny said as he kept leading Harleen down to the hall. "Okay, start walking."

Harleen walked nervously down the bright hall, passing cells of the patients she would regularly see. Johnny still had the gun pointed to her head as they walked. The patients stood quietly, watching them descend down the hall and towards J. Before they could reach J's cell, Harleen saw two large figures walking towards them from afar. They wore terrifying clown makeup, sporting exposed torso's and each missing an entire arm. Most likely at the point they were conjoined.

"Oh, looks like they got it under control

"Oh, looks like they got it under control." Frost lowered the gun, continuing to walk behind her.

Harleen was in shock to say the least since these two men were quite larger and more intimidating than the others she had seen. But she continued to walk down the hall regardless, to where the Joker was. As she got closer, her eyes searched frantically for him.
And then their eyes met.
He stood at the back wall, leaning against it with his arms crossed. He had a sly grin on his face as if he expected what was happening.
Well, he was. His plan was going perfectly. But he was surprised to see Johnny walk behind the doctor.
He furrowed his nonexistent brows as he looked at his right hand man.

"Weren't you doing time?" The joker huffed.

"Nah boss, laying low. Can't waste time in prison while you're in here," Johnny said as he opened the cell door, prompting joker to walk out casually.
With a chuckle, the clown looked around at the men surrounding him.
And then he walked right to the doctor, standing right in front of her.

"Ahh, I'm impressed, doctorrr." He said coyly, "I didn't think your feeble mind could comprehend an escape this...grandeur." He looked to Frost. "Cuff her."

With that command, Johnny gripped Harleens wrist harshly and placed handcuffs on them, pulling her down the hall behind the clown prince. They walked back towards her office, followed by the countless men who had joined them.

Harleens heart was pounding at this point, what would happen now? Her thoughts were cut short when she noticed him opening the door to the medic room.

Shit.
This wasn't good at all. At least, not for Harleen.

The joker looked around the room, growling as his eyes were now fixed at something on the operating table. He walked to it slowly, cautiously.

A bodybag.

He turned ominously to Harleen, his eyes burning in rage. He tried his best to keep calm. He wanted to lunge at her, gauge her eyes out. But no.
He'd make her suffer far worse.

Harleens eyes met his. She noticed the way he was eyeing her, there was so much hate in his blue orbs.

"Tie her down to the table behind her." He commanded coldly as he kept his eyes fixed on her.
Before she could protest, a Yelp was emitted from her throat as frost slammed her down on the table behind her, quickly working to tie her down on it.
Joker looked up to the two large Russian twins guarding the door.

"One of you take this bodybag and securely place it in the van. GENTLY." Jokers voice was rough as he spat his command to the larger, intimidating looking men. One of the brothers walked gingerly to where the bodybag was placed and he gently took it in his arms, walking out the door under the protection of the other men escorting him.

With a sigh, Joker ran his hand through his hair, slicking it back, and walked toward the struggling doctor on the table.

The hell he wanted to give her, after all this time, after all the torture he inflicted on him. On Scarlett.

Without a word, he gripped the lamp installed on the table and pulled it over her, causing her to squint.

"Please! I helped you!" She begged.

Not wanting to hear her whining, he glanced up and noticed a leather belt.
The same belt she had shoved in Scarlett's mouth as shock therapy was administered. He reached over and grabbed it, smacking it against her lips and slipping it between her teeth.

Leaning over her, he cradled her jaw and mockingly spoke to her.
"I wouldn't want you to break those...perfect, porcelain capped teeth, when the juice hits your brain." His voice was menacing and threatening.
He looked over at Johnny darkly, who got the hint and backed away from the table.

Harleen watched in horror as he gripped the electrodes and brought them up to her temples.
Another look between them was exchanged before he pushed the electrodes tightly against her temples.
There was no sympathy in his gaze.
