A Little Different ~ Bughead

Chapter 19

Betty POV

It's Christmas Eve. I was sat in the living room with my mom, dad, Chic and Polly I was sat next to Chic who was sat next to Polly and my mom and dad where on the other couch. Me Chic and Polly where all shearing popcorn and we where all watching movies. Then my phone started to ring I saw Jugheads name flash across the screen. I stood up and walked into the kitchen and answered it. As soon and I answered it there was a baby crying.

"Juggie are you ok? Why's there a baby crying?"

"Hey Betts it's Julian. I need your help. How fast can you get to Pop's?"

"I uh I can bee there in like 5 minutes why what's up."

"I I just need your help. Please Betts I need you."

"Ok ok. I'm on my way I'll borrow the car and I can there in like 5 minutes. Ok?"

"Ok. Thank you."

"I love you Jug ok take a deep breath."

"I love you too." He said and I hung up. Then I walked over to the door and pulled my shoes on and my coat.

"Hey Chic can I borrow your car?"

"Yeah sure!" He said and I ran out of the house and got into he car and drove to Pop's. Once I got there I saw Jughead stood in the car park with just jeans and a tshirt on and he had something wrapped in a denim jacket and he was holding it. I got out the car and started to walk towards him and I heard a baby crying and heard Jughead he was shush something. I got closer and touched his shoulder and he turned around.

"Hey Jug are you ok." I said and I saw what was in denim jacket was Julian.

"Not really. Can you help me?"

"Sure what's up?"

"I don't know what to do Julian won't stop crying and I've tried everything. Feeding him, changing him and playing with him."

"Uuh......Did you burp him after you fed him?"

"Uh how do I do that?" He said confused.

"Pass him here." I said and Jughead unwrapped his denim jacket and I took Julian out of it and put his head on my shoulder and started to burp him. He let out massive burp.

"Why is he only in a onesie Jug? Dose he not have a coat?"

"No I didn't bring in that why he was wrapped in my jacket."

"What are you doing here Jug?" I said and he put on his jacket.

"My mom and Dad where arguing and Julian was crying and they weren't doing anything so I went and calmed him down then JB came in and she was upset aswell. So shouted to my dad I was taking JB and Julian out and he shouted back ok. And we've been her for the past 2 hours and JB is still."

"Oh Juggie. It's ok." I said and I hugged him with one arm why I held Julian in another. "Lets go in before Julian freezes." I said taking his hand and we walked in then we went over to the booth JB was sat in. Jughead slid into the booth opposite JB and then she stood up and I gave her a hug and she sat back down then I placed Julian in his car seat that was in the booth next to JB. Then I sat next to Jughead and rested my head on his shoulder.

"Betts?"

"Yeah?" I said looking up and I saw Jughead already looking down at me.

"Thanks for coming. I needed you. And your help."

"It's no problem Jug. Im happy your ok now." I said and I kissed him softly.

After about a hour Jughead got a text from his parents asking him to come home so he got up with JB and he took Julian and put him in the car and JB got in as-well. Then Jughead walked over to me and I pulled him into a hug.

"Thanks again for coming Betts."

"Juggie you don't need to thank me. You can call me whenever."

"I love you."

"I love you too." I said and I kissed him softly.

"I should probably start getting home."

"Ok. I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Yeah. See you tomorrow. Night Juliet." He said kissing me softly then Jughead got in his jeep and I got back into Chics car and drove home. Once I got home I said hi to everyone then I went upstairs and went for a shower and then watched a few movies before falling asleep.
