Five Months

Month One:

Freshy stood tall, breathing in softly as he tried to not pass out. The teacher walked around him, their cold eyes taking in everything. It went from the straight posture to the way the dress hugged the little one's chest as he formed a female body, even the way he was swaying slighlty.

"Good," They ruffed out, nodding as they walked away. "Now, for the greeting."

The younger Angel groaned to themself , wondering when the torture would end!

"No groaning, an Heir does not groan when they greet someone." The other Angel snapped, hitting the heir's elbow with the small whip they had. "Now let's begin."

For the next several hours, before the afternoon break, the heir learned how to bow properly when he is to come face to face with the Devil, how to read several Demonic languages, to understand the air and body language. It was an exhausting day, and it was barely even lunch!

"Come on, don't you want to ditch?" A dark bone skeleton whispered to the young white skeleton, who looked dead inside.

Without needing anymore convincing, the simple dress was off. The tight blue and black corset breaking instantly against the force as the lighter blue skirt was shredded. The clothes were hurriedly replaced with black shorts and a raisin purple hoodie that was a size too big on him.

None of the kids cared that later they would get into trouble, they just went to the Garden of Eden. They were only fifteen and sixteen, they needed some fresh air after all! They truly were kids at heart, they only wanted fun and happiness, even if they knew that wouldn't stay.

Month Two:

On the second month Freshy was near done with the stupid lessons! He wasn't allowed to be away from his teacher when he was on a so called break, because he would normally ditch the rest of the lessons. Yet who would blame him!

He huffed in annoyance at the teacher. They were a fish lady who was harsh on everything! She didn't have any sense of humor and was serious twenty-four/seven! And because he couldn't be away from her during those breaks, she had every right and way to yell at him for slouching, even a fringing millimeter!

"A good Heir needs to always act like they are being surrounded by high elites." She barked harshly, forcing the younger to straighten his back once more.

The teen grunted as he kept himself like that, trying his hardest not to slouch, just so he wouldn't have to deal with her hands on him again.

He didn't understand why he would have to act like everyone was above him, when he knew he shouldn't treat them like garbage! He already knew that they should be treated as his equals! Yet, she makes it sound like he disrespects everyone!

When the sun was to set in a few hours was when he finally was able to be free of the scratchy suit he was forced to wear as God isn't known to be either woman nor man.

Shaking his head, he flew to his friends, he needed something fun or else he'd be like everyone else in Heaven; boring, dull and serious.

Month Three:

By the third month Freshy was ditching the lessons left and right, disappearing in the early morning and returning for only an hour or two of lecturing. He didn't care for the punishments that were sure to follow, all he wanted was to live his life!

"Freshy! Why must you disrespect me and your Father like this!" The dark boned monster cried, tears filling his eyes as he stared down at his son with hurt. Maybe the Fallen was a bad influence. "Why don't you behave like everyone else, my son!"

"Because I don't want to go to those stupid lessons, Mother! They physically hurt! That Angel is an Aggressive! They make it seem like I don't know anything, like I'm a slob and I hate it! I'm only fifteen! I should be out there with my friends most of the time, not coped up in a small room, forced to keep my back straight the entire day! I don't want to become like everyone else here! I don't want to become serious and dull and boring, where I don't have a sense of humor!" He cried out, tears falling from his eyes as his mother frowned deeply.

"You are an Heir, you have to behave yourself. If the other's heard of this, they'd be disgusted and disappointed! I don't want you to be hurt, Aggressive Angels need a powerful ruler, Freshy. I understand that it's not fun and it's all work and no play, but that's how ruling a kingdom is. I don't want you to be foolish when you take the throne." The older skeleton informed, trying to be strong in front of their child.

Freshy's tears never stopped as he flew away from his parents, his mother reaching out to him.

The father held his lover back, knowing that his son needed some time to cool off. He remembered when his love was like that... Too bad running a Kingdom and having to deal with a threatening war can change even the most kindest people swiftly.

"Boots, he knows this. He knows he has to be serious when he takes the throne, but we shouldn't be forcing it on him, once he has Fallen, he no longer can be an Heir... Not in your peoples' eyes anyway. We mustn't force him to become that way... We have to be stern, but gentle... Besides, don't you remember being like him?" The once Demon whispered, rocking his Angel as they cried into his shirt.

He was right... He was horribly right...

Month Four:

The fourth month was better than the previous months. The mean teacher now had a Passive to help. They kept the older Angel in check by coughing, clearing their throat, or simply telling them enough is enough.

The lessons now dealt with combat, something all Angels have to know. First was the Aggressive since most fights were physical than magical.

The mean Angel was fast, but the younger was much smaller with much faster wings. So it took them hours to take either one of them down. Most of the time the Aggressive won since Freshy didn't like fighting, he found it pointless when you could just talk with them. Yes, most Demons wouldn't give a damn about what you said, but some are also not morons.

Next was magically fighting, something that the younger definitely needed. He wasn't skilled in many magical areas, changing the temperature took focus and time, and his wind spells were weak compared to others his age, though his enchantments were much better than almost everyone. Almost better than most Elite Angels!

The younger took a deep breath as he wiped the sweat from his forehead. He was still getting used to fighting as much as the two were making him, they said that he needed endurance... Something he was finding a very big disliking to.

"Let's take five." The mean one mumbled.

Month Five:

The final month... The month where all Freshy had to do was stay good, behave well, not ditch his classes and play nice, then he could see Mr. Jam again!  So many things, so much pain. But he will do it, he was determined to see his Rising Demon.

The two Angels worked the younger harder, they knew he'd ditch his lessons and Heaven to go back to the Human Realm. The disgusting Human Realm.

Neither of them liked the Human Realm since most of the mortals were now falling into either Hell or Purgatory. The Realm was becoming corrupted, yet they had to protect it from all the darkness that tries to destroy it. For whatever reason.

"Just because you'll be ungrounded after this month, doesn't mean you can skip our lessons." The fish Angel muttered harshly as her spear collided with the younger's practice sword.

"Sure, if you can beat me." The younger shouted, throwing the older off him as he charged, determined to beat the woman. He had to at this point, since he not only challenged her, but made an unspoken deal about going to the Human Realm... And he will win!
