After a few more days in Hell, we went back to the Human Realm. Jam's reasoning was that Angels couldn't stay in Hell for too long before naturally Falling or loosing their wings. Both of which would hurt. However, I never felt that pain so many have talked about. It was odd, really.
I shook my head, walking around the growing town. Today, Mr. Jam slept in, so I thought I should walk around the Earth place. It had been awhile since I had gone off on my own.
My body was still marked by him, so I work long and baggy clothes, as Humans didn't really like things like that. However, it seemed the Demons that I ran into knew who had claimed me. Maybe there was a scent to the bites or something? I guess I could read more of that in the Black book.
A smile bloomed on my face as I thought of the books. They were such good books to read. The knowledge they had and possessed! It was a question on why they were in the Restricted area.
Suddenly, I was tackled to the grassy ground of the park. A bony body pressing against my body.
I groaned lowly, looking at who had hit me.
I blinked softly, looking into soft lavender eyes, that glowed happily.
"Halluciv?"
Those eyes widen with a loud, gleeful giggle. This was definitely Halluciv.
I grinned at him, quickly hugging him tightly. He hugged me back, squealing some before I felt another body hug behind me. I giggled some as I shifted to hug Indigo.
We stayed in a hugging for a few minutes before the twins finally pulled away. They were smiling at me, quickly helping to my feet.
"Where did you go?" Luci asked instantly.
"Are you alright?" Indi fired second.
It then was just a bombardment of question after that. They were asking how I was, if Jam stole me, if I was fallen, how the Charm broke, etc. etc.
I softly laughed at them, gently grabbing their hands and pulling them away. They quickly shut up, happily running with me across the park.
A few people and parents looked at us for a second, before looking back to their friends or their children. We didn't care.
Soon, we were in a secluded part of the area. Quickly, they started to giggle and smile to me.
"Come on!" Luci whined, bouncing some. "Tell us!"
I laughed at him softly, smiling brightly. Gently, I showed them my wings, to which I also made sure were still pure.
My wings, they had gotten bigger, the colors having brighten more. The colors were no longer pale, they were close to being pastel or neon.
Looking to the other two, I saw their eyes widen in wonder, their hands carefully reaching out before they pulled them back. They were surprised to see them so lively. So pure and clean when they should've rotten or darkened in some fashion.
"H-How?" They finally asked, their mixed voices oddly sounding sweet.
I just smiled and shrugged at them.
"I have no idea! But..." I looked around some before I showed them the grey Orb.
Their eyes widen as they gawked at the glowing Orb. I then quickly released it, hiding my wings again. Just in time too as some Mortals passed by us.
They looked down at us before talking with each other again. They hurried off, not looking at us again.
Quietly, we giggled, smiling at each other. They then asked about the Orb and my smile just grew. How I much have I missed them.
