Rule woke up with a smile on her still slightly bruised face, memories of her shared kiss with Sweet Pea floating through her mind. Soon after the kiss Sweet Pea had gotten a text from Fangs, saying he needed him immediately. Rule was also slightly frustrated since she had no idea where their relationship stood but hoped that would be cleared up at school today.

After a quick shower and her usual smokey eye with a bold red lip, Rule braided her hair into two dutch pigtails and grabbed some clothes from her dresser ; a black bralette with a snake on each boob, black mesh crop top, ripped jeans, black heeled boots, and her usual serpents jacket. But her favorite part of the look was a golden snake choker that Cheryl had gotten her as a random gift. Sliding her phone into her back pocket, Rule grabbed her purse and cigarettes before rushing out towards her truck.

Mere second later Rule pulled up to Jugheads and FP's trailer, a lit marlboro red dangling from her lips and wicked ones by Dorothy blasting. Jughead shook his head at Rule in amusement as he climbed into the vehicle, Jughead looking at the cigarette disapprovingly. Rule gave him a smile, or as close to one as she could get with a cigarette in her mouth, and winked before driving off towards the school. Jughead flipped the music off, a cry of complaint coming from Rule as he turned to her. "So, I hear that you got into a fight last night." Rule winces at the obvious disapproval in his voice.

"Remind me to kick Archie's ass." Rule grumbled under her breath. "Yeah well you're lucky he did. The cops came by asking if I knew where you'd been and I told them you were asleep in my room." Jughead explained, gratitude surging through Rule at the boys actions. "Thanks Jug." Rule whispers graciously, throwing her cigarette bud out the window.

A few minutes later the cousins finally arrived at southside high, Rule strutted inside the school with confidence in her step after bidding Jughead goodbye. "Hey there gorgeous." a scrawny ghoulie with blue hair cat calls, caging Rule against her locker. Right as Rules about to knee him in the balls, a voice interrupts. "I suggest you back away from my girl before they have to surgically remove my foot from your ass." A pissed off, and hot as hell, Sweet Pea growls, making Rules heart skip a beat at the mention of her being his girl. The ghoulie turns around to argue but takes one look at Sweet Pea and bolts, resulting in a laugh from both remaining parties.

"Your girl huh?" An amused Toni and Fangs say simultaneously, appearing from what seems like thin air. Sweet Pea turns red from the neck up, looking at Rule nervously since they hadn't exactly talked about it. "Yeah, his girl." Rule speaks up, shocking everyone when she stands on her tip toes and places a kiss on Sweets cheek. Sweet Pea gives her a goofy grin that stretches from ear to ear, his warm lips kissing her forehead and wrapping a arm around her shoulders. Fangs gives the girliest screech Rule had ever heard, Sweet Pea bringing his hands up to cover Rules ears.

Two hours later they all reach lunch, Toni telling Rule something she didn't, but should've known. "Jugheads doing what?" Rule half shouts, receiving shushes from the entire table. "Don't tell me to shush! My cousins becoming a serpents and nobody told me." Rule stands up from the table in anger, marching over to a Jughead that was just now entering the room. "Run Jughead!" Toni shouts from her seat at the table. His eyes widen in fear as he sees the short ball of fury heading towards him, turning to run but getting dragged by his ear to a nearby empty classroom. "Go get em!" Rule hears Sweet Pea shout from behind her, her bad mood lessening in the slightest.

"I take it you heard." Jughead offers innocently, Rule smacking the back of his head. "Of course I heard! What were you gonna do? Show up to my house and show me your tattoo? They're gonna expect me to deliver the final punch Jug!" Rule scolded him, Jughead looking at his feet like a kicked puppy. "They wanted to bomb Riverdale high and I couldn't let that happen okay?" Jughead explains in a hopeless tone, his older cousin pulling him into a hug. "I know Jug, I know."

Rule loved her cousin and respected his decision but that didn't mean she was happy about it, and she certainly knew Betty wouldn't be.
