Rule gasped as she burst through the doors at the Whyte Wyrm, the wreckage before her eyes making her boil with rage. "Who the hell did this?" Some flinched at her tone while others, the ones who knew her, simply watched. Sweet Pea stood behind her, just as much anger radiating off his body. "Uh, we think it was the dark circle." Fp was the one to reply, everyone including him looking to Rule for the plan of action. Pure anger on her face, Rule yanked her cell phone from the pocket of her leather jacket, dialing Archie's number that she'd never deleted from her phone.
"You better have a freaking fantastic excuse for this, Robin, the terrible sidekick." Sweet Pea would've chuckled at the nickname, or even marveled at the fact his girlfriend was incredibly hot when pissed if he wasn't so angry himself. Well, he marveled a little bit. "Rule? What're you talking about?" Exasperated to no end, Rule pinched the bridge of her nose and closed her eyes. Letting out a breath that meant she was trying not to reach through the phone and castrate the little bastard, Rule relaxed a tiny bit when she felt Sweet Pea press his chest up against her back, wrapping his arms around her waist and kissing the top of her head. "Jeez, maybe I'm talking about the fact that you and The Dark Circle trashed my bar!"
Nobody questioned the fact Rule called it her bar, the words just flowing from her lips. "Rule, I seriously have no idea what you're talking about." Rule couldn't tell if she was pissed because she believed him, or pissed because she knew who did it and was somehow disappointed deep down. Rule hung up her phone, sliding it back into her pocket and looking at Sweet Pea. "Well, I have to go kick the ass of a boy whose name rhymes with 'Veggie' later tonight. Now, I have to get to the police department and meet with a lawyer." Stress radiated off Rule in waves as she drove to the station with Sweet Pea, the two of them sitting on the hood when they arrived.
"Rule? Where is he?" Rule all but dragged Attorney McCoy inside, the three of them barging into the interrogation room. "Don't say another word!" Fangs let out a small sigh of relief, Rule winking from behind the sheriff. Sheriff Minetta let out an angry sigh, leading Fangs back to his cell. "For now, just use your right to remain the hell silent." After swearing to Fangs that she would get him out as soon as the twenty-four hours were up, Rule thanked Mrs. McCoy and got into her truck with Sweet Pea, dropping him off at their house despite his protests.
"Sweets, I promise you if I kill Reggie I'll videotape it."

Rule's long single braid bounced with every move she made, her knee-high heeled boots clicking on the pavement. Her long black almond shaped nails nicked her skin through her black jeggings as she threw open the door of the Andrews garage, fists clenched tightly. Rule had to chew on her red painted lip to stop her from screaming at The Dark Circle, who she'd managed to get Archie to convince them to come. Every fiber of her being wanted to reach across the room and punch Moose, who was giving her a dirty yet lusty look, and not care if he got blood on her red and black plaid top. Suddenly, the door flew open behind her, a wild-eyed Archie Andrews walking inside to stand next to Rule.
"Have you guys lost your minds? Vandalizing the South Side?" Reggie rolled his eyes at Archie, trying not to let Rule's disappointed stare get to him. "We were celebrating Fangs arrest," A sound of indignation erupted from Rule, who would've stepped forward to punch Reggie if Archie hadn't wrapped a wary arm around her midsection, but he couldn't stop her mouth. "That's not something you celebrate, idiot! Fangs didn't do it!" Pure shock took over Rule when Kevin, of all people, spoke up next. "Rule, he had a knife on him!" A strangled laugh escaped Rule when she slipped her hand into her pocket, flicking out the knife Sweet Pea had gave her.
"So do I, hell, I've carried a weapon since I was thirteen. Just because you have one doesn't mean you've used it." Reggie stood, walking closer to Rule. "Yeah well, Mr. Lodge is the one making the rules now. He said the circle was mine now." Archie dropped the arm he had around Rule when he saw the look on her face, watching her step closer and closer to Reggie. "You want to talk about murder? How about the fact that the guy you're working for killed my parents in front of me. Stay the hell away from my people, and most of all, Reggie, stay away from me."
Rule was the only one who missed the heartbroken look on Reggie's face as she walked away.

"So, we're breaking into a house that might be the lair of a serial killer? Alright then, sounds fun." Rule took the tools from Betty, whose hands were shaking too bad to pick a lock. She had her own on her at all times but figured she'd just use Betty's instead. "Cher, Betts, you two keep watch." Jiggling the tools in the lock, the door finally came open, Rule turning to the two impressed girls with a grin.
"What're we looking for exactly? Trophies from his victims or..." Rule locked eyes with Cheryl, shrugging innocently. "Anything unusual or incriminating." Rummaging through the drawers, Rule paused when her hands found a book. "Betty," Holding it up in the air, Betty's face fell as she reached for the Nancy Drew book. Cheryl opened her mouth to speak when Betty's phone buzzed, answering when she saw it was her father.
"Betty, where are you?"
"I'm at Pop's with Cheryl and Rule."
"Okay, do you want us to pick you up for the debate?"
"No, no, we'll meet you there."
"Alright, I'll see you there."
"Well, this should be interesting.
