Riley’s POV
Day 17- Tuesday
The next morning when we were all up, Lindsay asked us, "Should we switch houses? Like go to your house for a while?"
"Nah," I said, "I'm used to your house. How about you Toby?"
"I think we should stay here." He replied.
"Well since that's decided," I began, "I'm going to go take a shower because I haven't had one in like three days."
"That's nice to know, Riley." Lindsay said to me sarcastically.
"I know it is." I chuckled.
After I stripped down, had a shower, and got out, I noticed something. I forgot my clothes and towel on the couch outside the bathroom and I was still wet. So I slowly opened the bathroom door and peeked my head around it. I looked left, then right and the coast was clear, no one in sight. Next, I slipped out the door and across the room to where I put my clothes. The living room has a door to the bathroom and a doorway to the family room.
When I picked them up and half turned around, Lindsay was standing in the family room doorway looking at me! Neither of us moved for about a minute, I didn't budge, I don't even think I was breathing because I was in shock ‘Oh god no.’ She was looking at my face and I was looking at hers. Her mouth was wide open and so were her eyes.
Then it really hit me, ‘I’m naked!’ It must've come to her at the same time as me because we both turned to run away at the same time, she turned and ran towards the kitchen and I ran back into the bathroom.
When I got into the bathroom, I slammed the door as hard as I could. Then I leaned against it and put my head in my hands.
'What just happened?' I started thinking to myself, 'Did Lindsay really just see me naked? I know I'm attractive but...I didn't want her to see me like that! I guess I should've done a better check for anyone before I left the bathroom.' My heart was beating so fast I thought I would faint. I didn't though. 'Oh God! Will I ever be able to face Lindsay again after this embarrassment? Will she still like me? How long will it be awkward for? Will she ever...will I ever...will she...will I...will we...’ My questions could go on forever…
