Abbie's POV

I decided to just drop Megan off. She has had a long day, and probably just wants to sleep in her own bed. My taxi driver dropped me off at my house where I walk in and take off my jacket. Looking at the jacket, I sigh at the huge gash in the side, wondering if a tailor could fix it.

I fling my body on to the couch, exhausted from the past days. Shortly after, I started to drift off. Eyelids shutting, I fall into a fast sleep.

I awake to the loud, obnoxious noise of a phone ringing. Half asleep, and completely pissed off. I answer the phone.

"Hello?" I say groggy.

"Hello," the voice cooed. I recognized the texture of the tone.

"Sasha."

"Very good Abigail," I hear clapping in the background.

"What do you want," I say through gridded teeth.

"Oh you know, the usual, a baby kitten, new clothes, and oh yeah! You dead." The words are cold.

"And why shouldn't I just hang up the phone now, and continue on with my life?"

"Oh... You wouldn't want to do that," I can feel the harshness of her tone.

"And why the hell not?"

"Because I have Megan."

At that moment the phone goes dead. I let out a sigh. We really have to do this again.

I go to my gun closet and grab two of my pistols. Exiting the building, I cock the guns, shit is about to get real.

The taxi drops me off at Megan's apartment, I hand him cash and he drives off. Pulling out one of my guns, I enter the building. My commando boots make loud sounds as I try to walk through the halls. Coming upon the corner to Megan's Apartment, I figure I should take them off if I am going to sneak attack.

The boots are triple knotted, making it almost impossible for me to take them off. Finally, after tugging and pulling, the boots slide off. I take a deep breath and continue in my socks. I walk to her apartment door, and quietly shake the handle.

Locked. Damn it.

I can't go in just shooting everyone. They could hurt Megan. I need a plan.

Pulling out a gun, I shoot the door knob off. Then I bust the door down. I am welcomed with two AKs pointed at me, and a helpless Megan tied down to a dining room chair.

Slowly, I lift my hands up and set down my gun. The two gun barrels lowered and I stand in awe. Joycelyn stood in front of me. Sasha had a wicked grin cross her face.

"Glad you could make it to the party!" She laughs. I stand still shocked tuning everything out and started thinking.

Joycelyn. How is she in all this? She's like a puzzle pieces in the wrong puzzle. This makes no sense. Megan would be able to put the pieces together. Where is Megan?

Zoning back in I see Megan still tied up. Oh, yeah...

"Tie her up."

Joycelyn walks over with her AK in hand.

Roughly Joycelyn throws me down in a chair back to back with Megan. "I knew Thea was a little nutty, but I always thought your were the sane one."

"Is she black mailing you?" Megan whispers behind me.

"No," Joycelyn replied.

"Does she have your family?" I ask.

"No!" Joycelyn replied, looking at us like we were crazy. "I have known Sasha for a very long time."

"So you just kidnap people for her or you do you like to kill them as well?" Megan whisper yells.

Joycelyn just rolls her eyes, and stands back up. "Done!" She calls out to Sasha, who comes through the door with a heartless smile.

"Perfect."
