"After the race at Charlotte went into fuel mileage. Chase Elliott went on to win the race making the same truck have 2 wins with different numbers. (#23/ #24) Now our focus shifts over to Texas. On pole for this race is the #52 of Stewart Friesen. On his outside is the #18 of Noah Gragson. Jacob Rose had another harsh crash during qualifying and is starting 32nd. He did confirm earlier today that he is still running even with a sore arm. Now the pace car pulls down into the pits for us to go green here in Texas! Gragson fights on the high side as him and Friesen get together! Around goes the both of them in front of the field!"
" One high, one low, #52 spinning low move high! Stick behind the #3. Never mind go low! Good driving. About 1/3 of the field was just killed."
"Oh wow. All I saw was a lot of smoke. I hardly saw the #3, all I saw was his bumper then the #22 turned around in front of him."
"10-4. We gained a good 20 spots there. NASCAR is sorting out the order, we are P9, I repeat P9. That is the biggest position gain in a lap here at Texas."
"10-4. I just gotta get a grip of this truck though, this gave no tell on how it feels. Going through the gears it's perfect."
"Good. Real good. We're going green on Lap 5. Going green this time by."
"The pace car pulls off again as we go green for the 2nd time! Kyle Larson in the #33 truck in a one-off race is now race leader. Todd Gilliland is in 2nd and is right on his bumper! Jacob Rose is up to P7 and has his eyes set on the #25 truck of Dalton Sargent. Back in the front Larson drives off on the high line just like in Cup. Now Jacob hops to that line and is making up time."
"The truck feels well up top, absolutely nothing bad with the truck. Just a tad bit tight off of turn 2, that's all."
"10-4, we'll take just a quarter round of wedge out. Just keep driving like you do and it'll be fine."
"Alright, where's Larson?"
".9 seconds up, you're P3, Todd is half a second ahead."
"Alright, how long is the tire stint?"
"About 40 laps. We're at 20 laps in. Try and close to be the leader before stops."
"10-4. Let's take this W."
"Rose is right beside Gilliland as lap 27 starts!"
"4 down low, clear into Turn 1. at your quarter off of 2. Clear down the back. P2, 6 tenths back on Larson."
"Rose is into P2 after 28 laps. Larson has been out front all 27 laps and is likely to not carry that streak through to the 1st stop."
"Guys, I can't catch the #33. I've tried everything up top. I can try down low but I can't get more out of it. The truck falls off WAY too much through a stint. I can be competitive through about 20 to 30 laps, but once I get to about that mark, I'm so far off the #33."
"Alright, do we need to do anything?"
"I honestly don't know. All I need to do is stay about 2 seconds ahead of the #33 and I'll be clear."
"Rose is running consistently half a second back on the #33. Is this the way the race will be run?"
"Ok, pit in now. Pit in now. We are within the window."
"In comes the #51 truck. Rose is reporting tight off of Turn 2 and can't catch the #33. He is off and away with a burning passion for the win."
"Clear of pit lane, give it all you got."
"Got it. I can get to the #33. Give me all we got."
"Incomes Larson for his stop. He is reporting he has a bad short-run truck and can't make good pace down now."
"Rose beats Larson out of pits! This might be another #51 win."
"Guys, I feel down on power. I feel like the battery is going."
"No way. Are we really gonna choke another win?"
"I think. "
"Off of Turn 4, Jacob Rose will take 2 laps left."
"Look switch to reserve power. We can't afford to lose this race."
"Kyle Larson is now 5 seconds back as Jacob Rose will take 1 to go sponsored by Credit One Bank."
"Guys, I feel the reserve giving."
"We have half a mile left. Go all out, coast to the line if we have to."
"Off of Turn 4, Jacob Rose will just hardly beat Kyle Larson!"
"YES! YES! YES! Awesome job! We are back to victory lane guys!"
(Texas is complete. Before the Xfinity Iowa race, expect points to be out.)
