Hey guys, sorry that Ihaven't been posting lately. I had someone dear to my heart pass away and I've been trying to gather myself before I put anything else up. Posts will be later than normal because if this. I will do the bestI can till everything gets figured out.
Shadows P.O.V
We reach the bedroom and we sit on the bed.
"So what was that about?" I ask. He blushes and looks down in embarrassment. I lift up his face and kiss him.
"Don't be nervous. Just tell me." I say. He takes a deep breath.
"There's this tradition that if a mate is a land Mobian then we have to make you one of us....." He tells me. My mind freezes.
'I have to be a Merhog. Does that mean that I have to leave? Damn this is the Little Mermaid shit but backwards.... and deals with two guys...' Sonic noticed that I was in deep thought and placed his hand on my cheek. I look into his deep emerald eyes and smile.
'This won t be so bad. As long as I'm with my love.'
"Shadow.... Will you?" He askes. I nod my head and he smiles and hugs me tight. I hug him back then kiss him.
"Thank you Shadow."
"Anything for you two." I smile. I then get up and walk to the center of the room and pulled out my chaos emerald.
"What are you...?"
"I'll be right back." I say and cut him off and flash to my house. I run up to the dresser and pulled out a drawer. I move some things and find what I was looking for, hide it in my quills and chaos control back to Sonic.
Sonics P.O.V
'What's he up to? Why did he vanish like that? Did he change his mind? Does he not want us?' My thoughts are them inturpted when Shadow came back. He walks up to me and grabs my hand,
"Let's go back to everyone." He tells me. I give a questioning look,
"What are you planning Shads?" I ask. He smiles,
"Come with me and you'll see." That sly dog. I just nod and walk with him to the living room. As soon as we enter, my mother runs up to me.
"So?!" She's too excited for this. I was about to say that he agreed when Shadow pulled me to the middle of the living room.
"Ummmm..." I question but didn't get to finish because he started talking,
"Sonic," I give him my attention,
"I used to think you were this annoying, overly happy, idiotic blue blur that I was stuck with." He started.
"Thanks." I give him a 'what the fuck' look. He then holds up a finger to shush me, which I did. Even though I wanted to know what's going on.
"But as time went on, my feelings for you changed. I started to care more and more for you. Till I finally realized my feelings for you and admitted them. I confessed and you accepted. I never thought that the most beautiful sea few would be mine. But there's only one way to make this even better," he reached into his quills and pulled out a small box,
"Oh my chaos!," I say as he gets on one knee,
"Are you doing what I think you're doing?!" He then opens the box to reveal the most beautiful ring I've ever seen.
