Japan was rushing down the hallways of the basement, Germany and Italy on his trail. They wanted to find the others as soon as possible, and they knew if they kept Hungary waiting, she wasn't going to be cooking with that frying pan in awhile... Mainly because of the big dent that would just sit there in the metal. They entered the first hallway to their right, feet stomping on the hard concrete floors. The first floor had a huge table made out of dark brown wood, with massive bright blue couches to match. "Look around and see what you can find!" Germany commanded, and the trio went to work. Italy checked out the couches, making sure there was nothing between the couch cushions or under them. Germany investigated the table, looking under and over it for anything out of place. Japan searched the walls, for there were cracks and rips in the wallpaper everywhere. They were usually small, but there was a very suspicious one in the corner. It looked as if someone placed that there on purpose. With one quick motion, Japan ripped the wallpaper off the wall, a door taking it's place. "I thought when I kicked it I heard a knocking sound." Japan recalled. "Well done Japan!" Germany said as he ran behind him, the trio bursting through the door.
The door lead to a twisting hallway, and they sprinted down the path as fast as their feet could run. They followed the path and took a left, feet pounding on the long concrete pathway. At the end of the hallway, a door stood. Japan fumbled to unlock it, and they entered into a room with another large table and small chairs surrounding it. "There are two doors! Which one do we use?" Japan asked, and Germany took off to the farthest one. "I'll check this one!" He yelled, disappearing from view. Minutes later, he returned with a report. "It just leads back to the main entrance!" He called back to Japan, who opened the door, Italy and Germany following behind him as they entered into another hallway, where Russia, China, England, Canada, and of course, Hungary were waiting.
"Took you long enough!" She scolded, her face the portrait of perfect impatience. "Now let's go!" She moved out of the way, and Japan unlocked the cell door. The moment he did, Hungary burst through the gate, running straight down the right hallway. Canada and England followed behind her, Russia and China trailing behind them, the Axis last.
"E-Elizaveta?!" A voice called out, filled with mixed emotions. "G-Gilbert...." Hungary whispered his name, and she began to cry, yet a smile still stayed on her face. "Gilbert!" She exclaimed with joy, her hands reaching through the bars, grabbing his arms. Prussia was crying too, a grin on his face. "Oh my God.... Thank God you're alive..." He gasped, cupping her cheeks in his pale hands.
The others filed into the room, noticing how France, America, and Prussia were being held inside a cell. Not even Hungary with he super strength could break those bars.
"Japan! Good to see you're alive! And the rest of you! Thank goodness! Few more hours, and I would've died from suspense!" America joked. "Shut it, wanker!" England yelled. "We're the one's who should be telling you that! We were all wondering where you were! What the bloody hell have you been doing?!" England retorted, as he ignored the fact there were tears in his eyes.
"France! Good to see you're OK!" Canada chimed in, smiling greatly. "Hon hon. Good to see you missed your old man. Anyways, could one of you please open this door? We can't open it from here, you see~" France smiled back at Canada, making Canada feel appreciated for once.
Japan had a small smile. "I'd be glad to. He opened the door, and the moment he did, Prussia was the first to jump out. No- he BURST OUT. The albino pounced Hungary, pulling her into his body, spinning her around with a huge grin. She laughed, and Japan couldn't help but smile. Prussia couldn't take his red eyes off of her, with her kind smile, her beautiful emerald eyes, her chestnut honey hair.
France walked out next, heaving a sigh of relief. Putting a hand on Canada's shoulder, he smiled. "Good to see you mon fils." Canada smiled back sweetly. "Good to see you too."
