Japan's group arrived at the piano room, Italy and Germany dozing off as they slumped together on the wall nearest the piano, Canada and Hungary were investigating the piano, and England was reading a pile of books. Hungary was the first to look up. "Japan!" She chimed happily, and ran up to him, eyes full of hope. "Did you find him?" She asked. Japan shook his head no hesitantly.
"Wait, is she talking about Prussia? .... B-But... Prussia-Kun didn't come... Or did he?" Japan was rather confused, but shook it off anyways. "Oh."
She turned her heads towards Germany and Italy who were asleep. "I'll wake the up so we can all hear what's going on." Japan gave her a slight nod as a thank you. The brunette walked over and woke the two up, and Germany's face was bright red in embarrassment. He usually never took naps, especially not with Italy.
"Alright. Gather up!" Japan commanded, and everyone made a circle. Canada sat on the piano bench, Hungary standing right next to him, with England leaning on the piano with a stack of books. Germany and Italy stood side by side to the left of England, and Russia and China stood dangerously close to each other. All eyes were on Japan, of course, and so the meeting started.
"OK. Now that we're all together, I'd like to have Germany and Italy's group, being the smallest, to go first." Japan suggested, and Germany nodded.
"We were looking around, and found a safe in the kitchen pantry. It had a 4 digit code, and we also found this weird piece of paper in the locked hallway. Also, as soon as we entered the locked hallway, the Oni attacked us. That's all we have." Germany reported.
"Alright. England's group?" Japan inquired, and Canada stood up first.
"Well, the first thing we found out of place here was the piano, with it's variety of colored and numbered keys. It must have to do with the scrap of paper and safe." Canada explained, and then England stood up. "I also made my own discoveries. The books here are about mythology and magic, whether dark or witch craft or other types. They also contain information about the moon, family history, and other info that makes me believe there are spirits here. Someone lived here that believed in magic. But mostly light and moon magic, magic having to do with astronomy." England explained.
"Alright. I'll go next." Japan stepped up. "My group found out about the strange clocks. If you break the clocks in this house, you can adjust the time. SO it is imperative we break the clocks. We took the liberty of breaking the clocks on the 2nd and 1st floor. Now, all that's left is this floor and the one above it. Now, about that scrap of paper. May we see it?"
Italy held the scrap out and all the countries gathered around, as they investigated the paper.
"A safe? The numbers on the keyboard are definitely a positive link to your find." Canada decided, and they all agreed.
"Agreed. Then we should open the safe and make some progress." Russia said, looking at the scrap that they all passed around. He passed it on to Japan, and he took a look for himself. "I think I found a piece of paper just like this." England's face lit up with an idea. "Put the two together! They're a prefect match, if that's so."
BRING RING RING!
"Gah! S-Sorry, that's mine." England apologized, and he slipped his phone out. "Again? Russia's phone rang earlier too aru." China pointed out, and Italy popped in to the conversation. "Same here! We heard a piano!" Italy added. "A piano? Well anyway, I guess I'll answer it.."
He opened his phone, and answered the phone.
BING. BEEP.
"It really was a piano. But it was a different note from the one Russia and the rest of us heard." Japan proclaimed. "Yeah, ours was different too." Italy agreed as well. "Only one ote. That's the only thing in common. But there's no doubt it's a big hint. We should all solve this one one." England suggested.
