Chapter 5: A day in Heaven

Both Nikko and Alice wake up, still hugging each other tightly, and slowly they both get up and while Alice holds onto Nikko's arms they both walk to the door to start their day together. They both decide on where to go first and agree on going to a tavern in the kingdom for a few drinks, then they walk throughout the kingdom, looking for a tavern but also looking at the kingdom and sightseeing. A few minutes into looking for a tavern they find an almost full tavern at the center of the kingdom and as they both enter they are greeted by almost the entire tavern with most of the people praising Nikko and complimenting him, others offering them seats next to them and a few drinks. Nikko and Alice kindly decline there offers and say thank as they luckily find a table completely empty, then Nikko seats Alice as he goes to get a few drinks. The bartender says that all drinks are on the house for them as he gives Nikko two of the best drinks he has in store, then Nikko walks back to Alice and he hands her a drinks as he sits next to her and they both start drinking together.

Alice: You have already made quite the name for yourself haven't you? Even walking around you were being greeted by many people I feel so lucky to be sitting and drinking with the fated one.

Nikko: haha yeah they're all cool and don't look at me as im better then you, we are equals Alice~

Alice: hehe that makes me so happy, I am so glad we get to have this before you leave...I do hope I can see you again after you have left though...

Nikko: oh don't worry, we have the relics and I'm very certain that we will see each other again, just keep your hopes up

Alice: yes I will Nikko, so tell me how exactly did you tame those dragons? Don't worry this place is loud enough so people won't hear us

Nikko: either way doesn't matter to me I love stories, well I tamed the fire dragon whose name is Atronus by giving him a piece of meat that was also cooked by the volcano, in all reality it was easy since he knew I was the fated one spoken by god.

Alice: oooh that must of been terrifying huh?

Nikko: well yeah it was scary at first but when I saw the dragon I just calmed myself and held up the meat to he could eat it, and then I took my gauntlet off put my hand on his head so I could ensure to him I was trustworthy.

Alice: wow, it was easy since the dragon already knew about your legend correct?

Nikko: in a way yeah, but he didn't tell me that before I went to tame the Ice dragon Blizardus so I was still kinda scared, although not as much since I got very confident in myself, and it was basically the same thing with the ice dragon except the dragon put its head down in respect and again I put my hand on its head

Alice: ah so those dragons are quite peaceful especially with a legend~

Alice flirtingly rubs up against Nikko

Nikko: hah y-yeah and for the golden dragon Deina it was actually pretty difficult, I landed on its head and put my forehead against the top of its massive head and just kept talking to it insisting how I would help and it worked.

Alice: mmmm I am glad to know my Nikko is very confident in himself~

Alice finishes her drink

Nikko: your a lightweight aren't you? Hehe

Alice: oooh nnooo no I'm not hehe

Nikko: hahaha suuuureee

They both get up and leave the tavern whilst waving goodbye to everyone as Alice still clings onto Nikkos arm, they start walking into the castle to sightsee. As they venture throughout the halls of the castle Nikko starts getting excited from all of the medieval furniture and everything else medieval in the castle as Alice laughs since Nikko has never seen a medieval castle before. They continue to walk being greeted by knights patrolling as they walk into a grand hall with knights armor and stories about the armors. Nikko and Alice read all of the descriptions as Nikko reads one from Sieg and Mareth and getting a bit down from the loss
