Nang huminto ang elevator sa floor level niya, agad niyang hinanap sa kanyang shoulder bag ang kanyang swipe card to open her door. She rummaged her bag as she walks towards her front door. Naiinis siya minsan sa sarili niya kasi no matter how many times niyang inayos ang bag nya she always ends up with so much rubbish in her bag. "yey found it!" she chirped happily as if she found a treasure from a massive hunt. Pero laking gulat ni Clarisse nang makita niya si Gregory na nakatayo sa harap ng pinto niya.

"You should not be here..." She stopped walking and kept her distance.

"I heard you are moving out so I came to return this..." he was waving the swipe key to her condo unit.

"Well... give it to me and leave..." she raised her brow. "shit how can I be so stupid? nakalimutan ko palang kunin yan sa kanya."

"alright... here... "nilapitan siya ni Gregory, but instead of handing her the swipe card he grabbed her waist and kissed her instead. "I love you..." and he jammed his tongue inside her mouth. She did not do anything to stop him. Her eyes were left wide open, she was shaking and she feels like she's on fire. Then he stopped and looked at her.

"I love you Clarisse..."

Those words pierced through her ears and into her heart, she can feel it skipping a beat.

"Go away Gregory... how dare you say that, hindi mo alam ang pinagsasabi mo. Baka na food poisoning ka lang. Please get out of the way." She pushed him.

He used the swipe card to get into her apartment.

"You can't do that, get out! I will call the guards." Pilit niyang hinawakan ang door knob para di makapasok si Gregory.

"You wouldn't dare... please... I just want to talk to you..." He grabbed her hands and pressed his lips against it.

"Talk about what? we have nothing to talk about, we are through! I am sick of this shit!" She stormed inside her house and kicked her shoes off near the doorway.

"Please Clarisse... I love you... I don't care if buong Pilipinas pa ang naka sex mo... I don't care... I love you. I need you in my life."

"You don't know what you're talking about... please just go." She opened her fridge and poured water into a glass.

"Ok, I will go but please listen to me... I love you and I want you to marry me." He pulled a ring out of his pocket.

"you are out of your mind. nagda-drugs ka ba?" she sculled the glass of water. Gregory's presence is enough to make her this thirsty.

"You are my kind of drug Clarisse..."

"Whatever! I am not going to marry you and you are not going to put that thing on my finger either! I am through Gregory. look, I don't know if ano ang pumasok sa isip mo to do this... but please, j-just go... I am not interested... go and marry someone else."

"I can't marry someone else... you're the one that I want Clarisse... " lumapit ito sa kanya and she was forced to lean back to the kitchen bench.

"you are just off with the pixies, you're a fool! stop messing up with me! my heart is not something for you to toy with! I am over this crap! just leave me alone!"

"I am fool because I can't deny the fact that I am truly in love with you..."

"I am not in love with you..." she said as she looked away, avoiding his confronting eyes. Her legs were like jelly, she's struggling to keep her senses together.

"You can't hide behind that lie Clarisse, I know and I can feel it... you love me too..."

"No I don't."
