"Guys, let's go to 7/11, I'm starving!" I asked Lance, Simon, and Patricia Te, who were all my busmates.

"Game!" Lance said.

Simon nodded and Pat started walking.

We bought our food, and headed back to the service.

"Ayieeee Elaine and Alano!" Simon cat called.

"Huh?" I asked, bewildered.

"He likes you, planning to ask you out." Lance answered somberly.

"I don't know??" I really didn't know what was happening.

The service left school, we headed home, and before I opened my fifth bag of chips, there was a message.

Unknown: Hey :)

Me: Uh, who's this?

Unkwown: Miguel Alano

Me: Oh, hey :)

Alano: I've gotta tell you something.

Me: Okay??

This was so weird, if he weren't Jaz's friend...

Alano: Nothing, forget it.

And I did.

But he kept pestering me, interrupting my texting with Jaz.

And after much persuasion, he finally admitted that he texted me because he liked me.

I didn't believe it, and knew he was just joking, I mean, why would anyone like me? I'm nothing special, I'm just me.

Maybe he was dared to do that or something...

Best: What'd you be wearing tomorrow?

Me: I don't know, a dress, maybe?

Best: Woah, a dress?! Who are you, and where's my Best?

Me: Huh? Why?

Best: The old you would never wear a dress xD

Me: Ehh, that was before. I mean, it's still weird, but it's tolerable.

Best: Just kidding, it's okay.

"I wanna gooooo!" I exclaimed as Kaitlyn Yu, my new super close friend was heading to the bathroom to change into her clothes for the acquaintance party.

"Okay, let's." So I grabbed my things and went with her.

"Done." Kaitlyn said and got out of the cubicle, I followed shortly.

She was dressed in a pink three-fourths sleeved dress with a brown belt cinching the waist.

I on the other hand, wore a dress.

It was black specked with green, yellow, blue, and red, spaghetti strapped, and stopped about four inches over the knee, and a black cropped summer jacket as a cover-up.

Way plainer that what I'd usually wear, but I wanted this year to be different, I'd be more of a background person.

Headed back to the classroom to style my hair and put makeup on.

Got my hair up in a half-a-path braid, and started doing my eyeliner.

That's really all I put on that day. People think that I use makeup and stuff, but I never do.
