Mayesha's POV

Mayesha, c'mon please go on a date with me?

Was what I read when I switched on my phone. It was a message from Jin and I felt my heart flutter from how hard Jin is trying to get me to date him.

I feel honoured seriously....

Mayesha: Ani~ I already have a date with someone.

I replied and then immediately texted Zahra if she wanted to go shopping with me, a shopping date maybe.

After a few seconds my phone tinged with two messages. I opened Jin's one.

Jinnie: Who is that 'someone'?

Mayesha: None of your business😘

I opened Zahra's message and saw that she agreed and I send her a 'great and thumbs up'.

I kept my phone down and quickly tried to finish the paperwork, the principal gave me.

I was halfway done when I heard the teachers' door opening. I looked up and saw Alex and Malik entering the room. They mumbled a quiet 'good morning' together which again started their glaring contest.

"Mayesha go on a date with me" they both said together. I stared at them and then answered, "I already have a date." They growled at my answer but I paid them no mind and quickly completed the paperwork.

What's with people trying to get me to date them? I swear if another man asks me out I'll kick him in the balls, I won't even regret it, seriously!

(time skip)

It was 2pm and I was done with all my classes and paperwork. Finally I can go out with my best friend. It's been so long since we went out together, just the two of us.

I quickly packed my things and headed towards the Art room, where Zahra was just finishing packing her things. I sneaked inside, without her noticing and hugged her from behind, "Zaahrraaa!!!!" I shouted and she chuckled.

We used to act like that whenever we were together. My friendship with all the girls are special in a way, and whenever I used to miss my BFF I would call her and scream her name in the phone or whine it out and she would only laugh.

"I missed you girl!" We said at the same time and then laughed. "Let's go, or else we won't have time to shop before the practice" I said and dragged her to my car. We got inside and drove off to the nearest mall, Forever Young.

I parked the car and we quickly got out. "Let's go to Victoria Secret first!" Zahra shrieked and my eyes widened in horror. "Why do you need to go to VS?!" I exclaimed with wide eyes. "Cuz you have a date today. Duh!" Zahra said. "A blind date? Why didn't you ask me before?!" I said, angrily. "Calm down woman! And I didn't tell you cuz it's a blind date!" She answered, calmly.
