Eternal slumber...

That is what I am always thinking.

I want to sleep and let the inferno take me. My kingdom. My world is now overrun by the traitors, the parasites. The cowardly mundanes who wants to defeat an immortal like me.

They had finally knew my weakness and they used it to overthrown me from my palace. Such insolent, lowly and weak humans. They used my weakness, rather than their own strength.

When I wake up, they will be the first ones for my first meal after a decade.

I heard a bump.

And the seal is broken.

Now is my time to rise again.

I opened my eyes and saw that my coffin has a crack, a drop of water falls on my cheek and run down. I pushed my coffin open and saw the night, the rain falls hard, I can feel the water in my face. 

The thunder and lightning, they are beautiful as always.

I sniffed in the air and caught a scent of a human, I turn around and saw a woman. Protecting her head from the stones, I presume. 

She must have been unconscious for a short while, I saw her face, she is flawless. Like Sooyeon.

I sighed and carried her, I looked at her and smirk. "Poor child, you must have been lost." I spoke and create a small shelter without waving my arm, I put the woman down, I see that she is wounded.

Her left temples has a blood, I lick my lips and went closer to her. I licked the blood from her temple and I felt my body came back to its normal shape. I moan in delight, "The blood is so strong, yet delicious." I whispered.

I bit my thumb, my blood came out and put it on her lips. "Do not worry, child. You would not turn, however it can heal your wounds instantly." I caress her hair and smirks.

A minute later, I saw her body free from scratches and wounds. I think it is time for her to go back to where she was. This woman probably followed my ghost down here in a harsh rain.

I carried her again and starts floating upward, I saw where she stayed and went inside.

Wait...

I remember this place.

This is my temple.

How did these two humans know about it?

I put her down on the ground. I saw things that I never seen before. What are these things?

I groaned as my head hurts so bad. I held my head and opened my eyes, I saw Sooyoung bowing at the woman dressed in black hanbok.

"Your majesty, my loyalty is unwavering. I have been waiting for your return." I blinked as I saw Sooyoung said those words to the petite woman.

I got up and looked at them, "Hey Soo! What are you doing? Get up there, will you?" I pulled Sooyoung from the woman. Then the woman looked at me emotionless and sharp which I looked away.

"Fany-ah! Don't you know who she is?" Sooyoung asked.

"No, and I don't wanna know." I answered instantly, "She's Queen Taeyeon of the Ancient Goryeo." she whispered.

"A queen?" I looked at the woman and scoffed in disbelief, "Don't make me laugh on something that doesn't exist, Sooyoung. Maybe that woman is a lunatic."

"H-Hey, Fany. Believe me, she's gonna kill you if you think she's not a queen." Sooyoung answered. I rolled my eyes, "There's no queen reigning in the ancient land of Goryeo, only king would lead the land to it's greatest."

I walked at the woman, "Whoever you are, stop dreaming that you're a queen here. You're not a queen, you're just a lunatic who came here and messes up my friend."

Then I felt weary and the atmosphere became dark, the woman looked on me and stood up. Sooyoung stepped back and was afraid.

In a blink of an eye, she caught my neck and tightens it as I can't breathe properly. "You do not speak with those words, child." She said coldly, I can feel her hand are ice cold like she's not a human.

"I can kill you by snapping your neck easily... or make you my meal for the day." She said again.

I can't breath properly, I need air!

Sooyoung walked closer and kneels again, "Your majesty, spare her for now. Let me teach her how to respect you and address you as a queen." She asked.

She looked at Sooyoung and her gaze went back on me, "Fair enough." She let go of me and stumbled on the ground, gasping for air. I held my neck and saw a little blood on it.

I looked at the woman, she licked the blood on her finger. "I must have dug a little on your skin." she said and smirks a little before she returns to her seat. 

Sooyoung helped me to get up, "I told you don't mess with her, aish!" she whispered. "How did you know of her?" I asked Sooyoung, "It's a long story, Fany-ah. I'll tell you when we go home"
