A/N: Make sure you read the author's notes at the end, I usually write important notes about the chapter in there. Just a heads-up in case you skip them.

*~*~*

I woke up the next morning with a migrane. Again. I was hoping I would sleep it off, but i guess not.

I had another nightmare last night, but not the same one. The same man, but not the same story.

I put my hands on my head and made my way down the stairs, opening the medicine drawer and taking an Advil.

"Macy? Is that you?" Ryan asked.

"Yeah. What are you doing on the couch?"

"What are you doing awake at... 5:00 in the morning?"

"It's only 5?" I gasped.

"Yeah, and you woke me up with your racket. Keep it down, some people enjoy sleep, you know." He muttered, turning over and pulling the blanket over his head.

I took a drink of water to hold the pill down and walked into the bathroom, closing the door behind me and locking it.

I must have sat in there playing with my thumbs for an hour at least, because my mom started knocking at the door.

"I stood up, flushing the toilet just to make sure she wasn't suspicious of the fact that i was just sitting on the bathroom for an hour and a half and not doing anything.

I ran my hands under the tap, opened the door, and ignored the throbbing in my head as I walked back down the stairs and sat on the other couch that Ryan wasn't on.

"Can you turn the TV down?" I asked, rubbing my temples.

"Still got that migrane?" He asked.

"A little." I lied.

"You know, if that goes on too long, you should probably see a doctor or something about it." He raised an eyebrow.

I shook my head. "I'll be fine. It'll be gone by tomorrow."

"You sure?" He sounded concerned.

"Yeah." I nodded my head, trying my hardest not to show the pain the movement caused.

He didn't look very conivnced, but he didn't say anything else.

The rest of the day drag on and on. I didn't think I would live to see tomorrow until a wave of fatigue washed over me. I looked at my phone. 4:30PM.

Yawning, I stood up. Too fast, because my vision swirled and i nearly fell over.

"You alright?" My mom asked from the kitchen.

I nodded and stood up again, slowly this time, and made my way to my room.

I crawled into my bed after turning the lights off and letting my dog in.

She jumped up onto my bed and curled up beside me.

I had to shift her a little as i pulled the blanket over my head and closed my eyes. Every few minutes my head would surge, forcing me to sqeeze my eyes shut and hoping for it to go away.

I finally fell asleep at around 6:00PM, and when I woke up, it was 8:45AM the next morning.

I stood up, and to my despair, a wave of dizzyness came over me and i nearly fainted.

Instead of going away, it actually got worse.

I sighed heavily and walked down the stairs. It lightened a little as I walked, but every time i would misplace my foor or trip, i would get tunnel vision for a few seconds.
