They've already had his funeral.

They didn't give me a chance to say goodbye...

I'll never see him again, and i never even got to say goodbye.

I finally got a few words out of Cody, beside the fact that he's dealing with an extreme case of post-traumatic stress disorder after being concious through the whole crash and watching his cousin die right in front of his eyes. Turns out Jordan actually used himself as a shield to save me. He sacrificed himself to save my life, which just adds to the whole guilt-factor of all this. Jordan dumped me right before we crashed, then he died.

Great.

For some reason, Greyson won't leave my side. After all I've put him through, the heartbreak, drama, and me being a complete asshole to him, he's still there for me. I don't know why. I sure as hell don't deserve him.

I get out of the hospital in a few days. Ryan is going off on another world tour, by himself this time. I'm going to look for universities and actually try and do something with my life other than being a slut and a bitch.

Should be an interesting.

2 weeks later

"Hello." I whispered.

He didn't answer.

I laughed lightly. "How are you? It's been a while since i've talked to you."

When he still didn't answer, i opened my shoulder-bag and pulled out a single white rose and handed it to him.

"Macy?" Someone called me.

I whipped my head around to see a familiar face standing there.

i looked down at my lap. "What do you want?" I muttered.

"What are you doing here? It's cold and dark out. You could catch a cold." Greyson sighed.

"I'm talking to Jordan." I answered simply, pulling pieces of grass out of the ground.

"Macy..." He shook his head.

I stood up and dusted off my pants. "He's gone, anyway. Let's go."

I started to walk away, but he called me before i made it far.

I spun around and he had the rose in his hand.

"Put that down." I demanded.

He leaned down and placed it on the top of the stone with the name Jordan Simpson engraved on it. A few other words were there too, but im not going into detail.

Greyson ran his fingers along the name before sighing and walking towards me. "You're not the only one who misses him, you know."

I shrugged.

"Have you applied to any colleges yet?" He asked, obviously trying to start conversation as we walked away from the creepy graveyard.

"Uni." I said quietly.

"What?"

"I'm going to uni. Tulane. New Orleans." I said, a little louder.

He nodded in understanding. "Why aren't you going to, say, Harvard?"

I laughed slightly. "I didn't even bother."

"Why not? You could get in." He shrugged.

"It's not getting in that's the problem. I could get in no problem. It's staying in that would be the issue."

"Which means...?"

"My life is too hectic to be able to concentrate on a university at Harvard's level. If i wasn't related to Ryan, i would go."

He laughed.

"What?"

"So you're saying that instead of picking a hard university, you went for an easier one."

"Yeah?"

"And Tulane was your easier choice?"

I nodded.

"Do you know how hard those students work for you to come in and call it an easy college?"

I shrugged. "Whatever."

He sighed. "I've been looking at some, too."

"YOU'RE going to uni? Since when do you need a job? You're famous."

"Macy, my teenage fame isn't gonna carry me through my whole life. Sooner or later, I'm gonna need a good education. Might as well go while I have the chance."

"I guess."

"Wait a second." He stopped suddenly.

"What?" I asked.

"Tulane is a private university."

"And?" I tilted my head in confusion.

"You got a scholarship, didn't you?"

"Of course not." I shook my head and laughed nervously.

"What's it for?" He asked.

"I didn't get a scholarship, Greyson."

"You don't play any sports..."

"It's because of Ryan!" I yelled.

His eyes widened. "Ryan got you a scholarship at Tulane?"

"No, Tulane was looking for applicants of higher stature of something, and they contacted me."

He nodded in understanding. "I need to start applying."

"Maybe Tulane'll call you, too."

He laughed. "Yeah, right."

I looked at my phone for the time. "Shit, it's getting late. I should get home. Bye, Grey."

"Macy." he nodded, then walked away from me.

I couldn't help smiling. For the first time in two weeks, I actually felt happy.
