Beep beep beep

Jonah groaned as he rolled to hit the alarm clock, but before he went to hit it, someone else did.

Daniel

"Cmon Jonah, this is the third time you hit snooze, you gotta get up." He said already up and ready.

Jonah sighed, "How? Even after a month living with you, I still don't understand how you're up already."

"Practice I guess? Now get up so we can pick up the others." Daniel demanded going back into his living room.

He got up, threw on a shirt and a random pair of jeans, and his new varsity jacket he got from his coach a week ago. Then he ran his fingers through his hair, put in a piece of gum and went out in the living room.

"Go back." Daniel sighed, with a glare.

"What? Why?" Jonah whined.

"You didn't brush your teeth or hair, you don't have your bag, not to mention-"

"Alright, I'll go back and I'll be quick." Jonah groaned stomping back up the stairs.

Anna came down the stairs as Jonah went up.

"What's his deal?" She asked sitting down on the couch.

"The usual, he doesn't want to get ready" Daniel sighed, sitting next to her.

"He'll get on a routine eventu- is that another hickey?" She asked, getting a closer look at Daniels neck.

"Yeah, what else would it be?" Daniel responded, smiling at the memory from the day before.

"I don't know?" She said, awkwardness filling her.

"Alright, I'm done, let's go." Jonah exclaimed, walking out the door.

Daniel and Anna shrugged and followed him.

Since Jonah got all his parents money, he was able to afford a new truck which was way better than the other one. Instead of a rusty red, it was a slick, shiny black.

In the cargo bed, there was literally a bed. We'll get to that later though.

Jonah and Daniel got in the front while Anna sat in the back, behind Jonah.

He started the truck, and they were off to pick up Corbyn.

Since Corbyn lived closest, it wasn't a far drive. So when they got to his house, Daniel rushed in to get him.

Not long later Daniel came back out, followed by a tired Corbyn. They both hopped into the cargo bed, which is now going to be called the caboose.

Corbyn would usually try to get some shut eye during the drive, but it would almost be impossible with Daniel there. Today was one of the days where he let Corbyn sleep and just cuddled him instead.

They went to Jack's next, which was about a 5 minute drive. Jack would come out when Jonah honked the trucks horn at him.

Jack walked out with Ava, and they both got in the truck, Jack now in the front and Ava with Anna.

Jack usually didn't talk much in the mornings, he really wasn't the morning person. So Jonah didn't take it personally when Jack explained that on the first day back.

Ava and Anna would just talk in the back, while Jonah and Jack would eavesdrop on their drama, because why not?

After another 10 minute drive, they arrived at Zach's apartment, that's when Jack called him to come out. Like Jack would roll down the window and scream for Zach to come down.
