Steering, Eva tried desperately not to swerve the car. Her attempts were failing badly. People on the road made the biggest gap between Eva and themselves in order to not be put in hospital. Letting my hands grip onto the handle on the side of the door, I hitched my breath as Eva lost control of the car. We swerved hard and crashed into a silver bin.

"Left! Left! LEFT!" I yelled at Eva as we ended up facing the wrong side of the road. A yellow Skoda pushed hard on its breaks and we quickly darted to the left, just in time. Eva began to laugh and I almost hit her but then realised that, that would probably make us crash. Eva tugged on the steering wheel and we got back onto the correct side of the road.

All the shops and houses were scattered along the side of the road, I sure hope they have insurance because I had a feeling we were going to crash. Both my hands were clammy, this was by far the scariest moment of my life! Note to self: don't ever get in a car if the driver is Eva. This girl is literally just a total nutcase!

Cars beeped loudly as we zoomed past the speed limit. I gasped as a crash happened to our left as we blocked the road, zig zagging across it. Smoke floated up into the air but luckily, every person in the cars were unharmed when they climbed out. Eventhough, one car was flipped over onto its back like a woodlouse or a turtle.

Eva's foot slammed down on the brakes and I bolted forward, banging my head on the front of the car. Ouch. We came to a sudden stop right outside the church yard and I turned slowly, giving Eva a death glare. She almost gave me concussion! To think I thought Becca was a bad driver. Eva is 10000000000000000000000000000000 times worse. Probably even worse than that actually...

Eva unbuckled her seat belt then out a small laugh. Fear comes in many forms, I think I'm partly scared of Eva. Fumbling for the buckle with my fingertips, I quickly freed myself from being trapped in this car. I jumped up and left the seat, then I vowed to never get into it again. Eva swung her legs round and graciously made her way to me.

"You're worse than Becca" I told her. Eva scowled at me and gave me a small pinch. That evil woman. We trekked over to the graveyard, luckily Eva stopped the car before we crashed into the brick wall surrounding the garden and the church.

Eva looked at me as we reached the small gate attached to the brick wall. Inside the brick wall was a sea of grass and gravestones. A few trees hung over the graves at the back, sheltering them. Crumpled leaves were scattered everywhere and dead flowers lay on the stones, only a few flowers were fresh. In the middle of the area stood an old brick church, with huge stain windows and a crumbled roof.

Further down, there was a huge pond filled with gold fish and lillies. Then a bigger building stood behind the pond, it matched the church and people were walking in and out of it. A few people caught my eye, especially one girl. She had a tube running through her nose and behind her ears, it was then joined to a tank that sat beside her. The girl had cancer, she held orange flowers in her hand.

Gradually, the girl placed the flowers onto a stone. She spoke quietly, softly. I hated coming to graveyards. They're always so depressing. I almost felt guilty, because I might have the chance of bringing my Mum back. That girl has no chance in bringing her loved one back. I feel selfish. Eva can't bring Nathan back either. The only thing that kept me thinking straight was the fact that if anyone had a chance to bring back their loved one(s), they would try.

"So, what's the plan?" Eva murmured to me. I looked up at her and thought hard for a minute.

Then I replied "do you know where the funeral will take place at?"

"Well, no. But I know that it'll be inside somewhere" Eva answered. Ugh so helpful (that's a lie by the way).

"Ok then, you go round the back and look for it over that side, I'll go round the front" I told her "we can contact each other through our walkie talkies"
