"Are you feeling better?" I chew my lip and keep looking at Eva. We arrived at the pack house an hour ago. She just went straight to the longue and plonked herself on the sofa. Just moping around. I didn't blame her. Losing someone is hard, you know. We've run out of ALL the tissues in the house, that's how depressing this house has become. Sheesh, we need to have a party to lighten up the mood or something. Only, that would be highly inappropriate I guess for people like Eva. Who really have 'party time' written down on the end of their list of things to do.

Eva doesn't look up at me, but she does give a small shake of her head. Which is actually the best thing that's happened since we got here because it's the first response I've had from her. Kellie has walked in now, her hair swept up into a neat bun. She holds ice cream in her hand. I hold back my invisible leash. Resist the ice cream Lou, Eva needs you right now. Be strong. Later, I know she'll just want to be left alone. But for now, she just needs a little company to ease away some of the pain she holds. It seems Kellie's best idea is ice cream...That only works on me.

"Eva, do you want to watch teen wolf?" Kellie nudged her as she sat down beside her on the sofa. I leant around Eva and delivered a small hit to my rude sister. Why on earth would Eva want to watch TV? Especially if it has anything to do with her own life. Hint, hint...werewolves. Eva shakes her head and leans backwards on the sofa. Yeah, I knew she wouldn't want to watch Teen Wolf. Becca loves that programme, I swear. She's addicted to it. I bet you she's made Max watch every episode, at least three times. I don't know if the series is finished or still going on.

"Kellie, maybe we should actually leave her alone first. Then come back later?" I suggested. Kellie mumbled an agreement. Eva wiped under her eyes and gave us a small wave when we left the room. Kellie and I ended up in the kitchen. We're awesome like that. An apple hit the side of my head just as I opened up the fridge. What the-?

"Haven't seen my little mate's sister in a while" Cole smirked and appeared as I shut the fridge door, an evil glare on my face.

I throw the apple back at him "I literally just saw you in the car an hour ago"

"Yeah but...I think we should have some more bonding time; you are my future Luna and future sister-in-law" Cole points out. Kellie goes a bright shade of pink at the small hint of a wedding taking place. That's adorable. Huh...I actually want the apple I threw back at Cole now.

Smiling extremely politely, I ask Cole if I can have the apple back. Cole, being rude, eats it in front of me. He's just earnt a new enemy! Giving him the best scowl I can muster, I face him before making a dramatic exit with a stomp. Ugh, do I really have to be related to COLE in the future? I never thought that would happen when I was human. Now that I think about it, I should really stop comparing my human life to the present. It's not like I'm ever going to change back so I might as well put up with it.

I think I'll bond with Cole later...I mean, whilst I'm in the middle of sorting out my dead Mum problem. Plus, I'm in the middle of figuring out whether 'Mopsidon' is a real place. Please someone tell me, I'm freaking out inside my brain. Seriously, I am. Like I've said thousands of time before, don't judge me! I'm an innocent girl who's a werewolf.

What time is it? I look up at the clock on the mantlepiece and read 6pm. Come to think of it, what time is dinner tonight? You know what, I'm going to find June because she knows everything. Seriously, I don't know how her brain can cope. Eva doesn't look up as I pass her by. I can hear a few sniffs but I leave her alone. June, I bet, is upstairs. With Oscar. For some reason, they're always painting stuff. June mostly paints pink themed stuff then they stick it all over her walls. Sounds fun I guess, but after a while I'd get bored.

Therefore, I go upstairs. June should be there. Her bedroom isn't far away and when I reach it, I knock lightly on the door. Oscar opens it and I peer around him. Yep, they're painting on the floor. Oscar backs away and June smiles brightly at me. She beckons me to come in, so I do. Oscar doesn't complain when I sit down and watch them paint a candy pink dolphin, I think that's June's favourite animal.
