No POV
It was a pretty secluded place. Houses were apart for miles and it was clear that they weren't in Miami any more. It was probably 8pm by now, who knows. The smell of swap was very present so that gave a hint as to where they were. It had been hours since she last ate anything and was a bit freaked out because he had told her brother to meet them at the destination.
This wasn't the plan she had imagined. It was suppose to be easy. Chris was suppose to trick Paul into bringing him along, then between her and Chris they find a way out. But now it wasn't like that. Paul had changed it up. He told Chris to meet them at the location and that from there things will progress
That was more than 12 hours ago and she was getting worried about her brother. She felt the car come to a stop and her eyes were met with a bright light.
"Welcome to you new life Lauren or should I call you by your new name Amanda" he says with a smirk
"Why are you calling me that?" she asks freaked out
"It's your new identity. You are now Amanda Jimenez and I am your husband Frank Jimenez. so get use to it" he says in a threatening tone.
"Where's my brother?" she asks
"Oh you mean the one who is probably either dead or arrested by now" he says with a sickening smile
"What did you do?" Lauren asks worried
"Oh nothing really. Just called the police and gave them his where abouts . Did you know he went mental and killed your precious Camila. I'm so sorry about that. I tried stopping him but he wouldn't listen. Oh well killed two birds with one stone" he says not feeling any type of guilt at all.
"I'll fucking kill you" she says with gritted teeth
"Not if I kill you first Sweet heart. Remember we're together now" He says taking her hand and squeezing it making Lauren yelp in pain.
"You won't get away with this" she says through the pain
"I believe I already have because no one knows where you are" Paul says smirking
Chris' POV
10 Hours Earlier
"Where is she?" I'm yelled at as my head is pounding
"I asked you a god damn question Christopher" she yells again and I can tell she's stressed
"Jacksonville near the swamps" I answer holding my head in pain
"Get up we are going to get her now" she says grabbing my arm
"We can't" I said
"Why the fuck not?" she shots back
"He's expecting both of us to be dead" I answer
"Well then he'll be seeing 2 fucking ghost. Now get up" she says tugging me to my feet
"Camila you can't just show up to that house. plus he might have changed his plan. Like he did with me" I say stopping her
"Chris, Paul is a cocky dumb ass. He is probably thinking his stupid plan worked. Now get you punk ass up and help your sister for once in you pathetic life" she says in a threatening tone walking towards the door
"I can't let you out that door Camila. I promised her I'd keep you safe. I can't let you just storm your way to that creepy house by the swamps. If we go and get my sister back it has to be My father, Myself, or the police" I say making her stop again and turn around to look at me with a glare
