I scroll through Instagram seeing the baddies and models, the people that make other people wish they were them and at their level, I hate society these days.
As I do the biggest eye roll I get a notification saying that Liza koshy had dmed me.
I tap on the notification and the dm reads;
"Hey y/n! I love your videos and I was wondering if we could collab? Here's my number ***********."

My eyes widen while reading the text and excitement runs through my body quickly.

I open my contacts app and create a contact for Liza and put her phone number in and text her back.
"Omg! I would love to collab! I love your videos too, your freaking hilarious!"
I send the message and she quickly answers back.
"Yay I'm so excited! Here's my address *****. I'll see you tomorrow at 12?"
I type back: "definitely, see you then! xox"
Liza messages back: "see you soon! Xox"

I'm so fucking excited! I never thought I'd get this far in my youtube career.

I put my phone down on my bedside table and plug my charger into my phone and look out my window as I sit up, it's getting pretty late. I lay back down, getting under my covers and try to get some sleep for the video with Liza tomorrow.

I walk down the hallway with excitement and nervousness running through my body, I can feel the butterflies going crazy. I reach her white door to her apartment, grabbing out my phone to make sure it's the right number apartment. I know three times and the door swings open revealing a really excited and pretty brown girl.

Her dark, curly hair was put into a high pony and she wore a striped shirt with some simple blue jeans, she looked gorgeous, like always.

"Hi!" She embraces me in a warm welcoming hug and I hug her tiny frame back.
"Hi Liza! It's nice to finally meet you." I smile widely and let go of her. Trying not to freak out.
"It's nice to finally meet you too!" She smiles excitedly and she lets me inside.
"I love your apartment, it's so pretty" I look around.
"Designed by the one and only me." She shows off, putting a hand on her hip and flicks her hair with her hand. I chuckle.

I see a familiar face walks down the hallway with a camera in hand. His light skin, dark brown hair that could use some styling, dark chocolate brown eyes that could melt anyone's heart with a simple look and not do very colourful sense of fashion with the plain black cap he always wears could be recognised from a mile away.

"Hi." David comes down the hallway and smiles at me, holding his camera in one hand.

I've always thought he was cute.

"Oh my god, hi!" I smile widely and hug him.
"Nice to me you, I love your videos." He says with his signature wide smile that could break millions of girls' hearts and hugs me back.
"Thank you, I love yours." I smile and let go of the hug. The fact that he watches my videos made my heart skip a beat.
"I was just about to leave. Oh by the way, would you like to go to a party at my house tonight? Liza's going and you can meet the rest of the vlog squad too." He asks with a hopeful look in his eyes.
"Um, sure what your address?" I ask and I open the notes app on my phone and pass my phone to him.
"Here you go." He says and hands me back my phone.
"Thanks." I check the note and along with his address I see a phone number written below.
"I'll see you two later." He kisses Liza on the cheek and waves goodbye to the both of us and closes the door behind him as he leaves. His scent lingered in the room.

(Authors note: this story is set just before Liza and David broke up, so around December 2017 or January 2018.)

"Let's do this!" She grabs her camera and explains to me what we're doing.

David's p.o.v

I feel like Liza's losing interest in me... am I losing interest in her?
I'm not gonna think about it right now. I've gotta shoot some of the vlog with Jason.

I open up my door to my Tesla and hop inside, driving to my next destination. Jason's.
