•hung over•

Ow... my head hurts so much...
I open my eyes and sit up and find David laying next to me remembering what happened last night.
I grab my phone and check the time

1:46pm
Wow, I slept in.

David was asleep on his tummy with his arms underneath the pillow his head was resting on facing toward me.
"Baby" I whispered in his ear and kisses his neck.
"Time to wake up" I say a little louder and I played with his hair.
"5 more minutes, ow fuck, I shouldn't have drank last night" he sighed and looked over at me.
"I know, same." I chuckled and got up out of bed and put David's oversized shirt on and got some water for us and Panadol. I walk over to his room and handed him a pill and water and I put a pill in my mouth and swallowed it with water. So did David.

"Thanks baby" He kissed me and got up out of bed and chucked some pants on and a random black shirt he found on the floor.

As he walked out of the room I couldn't stop thinking just how lucky I was to have a guy like David in my life... even though we had our hard times we always stayed strong. Well, he's the one that keeps me strong.

My mind wonders off into something I really shouldn't be thinking about...
Like how I saw my dangerous ex the other day and that he could probably find me easily now that I'm out online and easy to find. Especially if I'm with David.
I know he's out to get me... why wouldn't he?

I didn't notice the tears falling down my cheeks and David walked in asking me what was wrong. He was worried, he always was.
"It's nothing, don't worry. It's just that... my headache really hurts" I lie.
"Come here baby" he say and lays me down on his chest and he plays around with my hair gently.

Sorry for the LATE update and short chapter... I haven't felt inspired lately but now that I'm getting a lot of really nice comments saying they're enjoying and love my book and saying that it makes them emotional really means a lot and makes me smile widely and sooooo inspired. Thank you guys so much<3
