I was laying in David's bed scrolling through my Instagram feed wearing one of David's oversized shirts as a dress.

David walks in and smiles warmly at me. His eyes filled with love and happiness.
He was excited for the baby. He couldn't stop talking to my stomach during the night and he would always look to see if I was showing.
He had noticed me getting bigger the other day.
He walks into the room looking down at my stomach and he hovered over my tummy.
"You're getting big, baby." He looks up at me and back down at our creation. He pulls up his shirt I was wearing and had a better look.
He layed his head down softly on it and hugged me around the waist.
"I love you both so much" he whispered and I chuckled.
"We love you too" I smile and he closes his eyes and smiled.

It was so surreal, I had never felt this way before. I felt like I had a place. Like I found the right person and friends.
I put my phone down and played with David's hair.
His hair smelt like my shampoo and his hair was long and soft.

We stayed like that for a while, I started to hear soft snores coming for David.
He was the laziest person I knew.

I wonder what the future is going to be like.
