Chapter 35

" I'm sorry that you had to witness all of this", Kal said as they sat down by the poolside.

" It was bound to happen, sooner or later", Isabella answered and grabbed Kal's hands into hers.

" Kal , maybe we rushed into things.. I don't know .. maybe...", Isabella started to say but Kal interrupted her by putting a finger to her lips.

" Isabella, I want this. I want us! .. and I hope this is want you want as well?!", Kal asked staring at her with a serious face as if he was trying to read her inner thoughts.

Isabella put her hands on each side of his face and smiled,
" And I want this as well!", She said with a smile , she kissed him softly on his forehead, his cheeks, his lips and then they hugged each other tightly.

They were both thinking that they were happy together and that they hope that nothing and no one could destroy what they have.

One month later.

" Emma , we have to hurry!", Isabella shouted from downstairs.

" Gosh why did I volunteered to help with the Christmas fair", Emma said standing at the top of the stairs dressed as an elf.

Isabella had to laugh when she saw the look on her friend's face.

" It ain't funny Isabella!", Emma said walking down the stairs.

" At least you are an elf not a reindeer!", Isabella said as she reminded her friend that she was dressed as Rudolph as she took out the red nose from her purse.

" Well you are one sexy Rudolph!", Emma said and they burst into laughter.

" Let's hurry , the car should be outside to take us to the fair", Isabella said as she grabbed the gift bags from the sofa in the sitting room.

The two friends paused for a selfie before going out to the car waiting for them.Christmas was three weeks away and the " Passion and Chocolates",company had organized a Christmas fair to raise fund for a good cause. Every year they chose a specific project to make someone smile on Christmas Day.

" Em, just remember all those nice chocolates you will taste today!", Isabella whispered to her friend as they approached the Christmas fair venue .

Emma looked at her , she winked and smiled at Isabella as her face lit up when she thought about all those goodies which will be around them today.

" As an elf , I will be allowed to taste everything before they are given out to the kids", Emma whispered back and Isabella covered her mouth so she wouldn't burst into laughter.

" Let's go and have some Christmas fun!", Isabella said as they got out of the car and walked to the park where the fair was taking  place.

They were both amazed at how the park had been transformed into a Christmas Wonderland!
The decorations were over the top and the smiles on the children's faces running around told them they were also happy.They were surprised at the amount of people who were already there buying things and enjoying themselves.Isabella looked around the room and waved at the other people she recognized from the office, even Mrs. Cora made a special effort on that day since Isabella saw her smiling.

" Guess I'll go join my family", Emma said nodding towards a group of Elf and Isabella laughed.

" And I have to find mine!", Isabella said .
