Camila had rushed home after the odd incident that had occurred between Lauren and her. She had just had her first kiss. Lauren had kissed her. She'd stolen her first kiss.
"Are you for real?!" Dinah, her best friend shouted through the phone.
Camila, a strange, confused expression on her face, nodded and hummed, to which Dinah screamed.
"Chanch!" The blonde girl shouted loudly. "You kissed her?!"
Camila shook her head. "N-no, she kissed me."
"Well you kissed her back." Dinah stated.
"I-" Camila mumbled. "I guess."
"Did you like it?"
Camila thinks back of the moment Lauren's lips were placed on hers and a strange tingling sensation roams through her body. "Yes." She replies, certain of herself.
"Well good." Dinah replied. "You think she liked it too?"
Camila shrugged, even though she realised her friend wouldn't see it through the phone. "I- I don't know Cheech. Like I said, she got scared and drove away."
"She has a boyfriend."
"He's such a fucking dick.." Camila breathes out. "She'll probably be in trouble for this."
"We'll it's not your fault Mila." Dinah said, making the brown haired seventeen year old shrug once more.
"I know but he's an asshole and she has these bruises sometimes and I wonder if he's like.." She takes a deep breath. "You know.."
"You think he hurts her?"
"Sometimes I do."
"Maybe talk about it with her some time?" Dinah said, trying to offer her best friend some wise advice. Camila shook her head immediately however.
"I know Lauren a little by now. She won't speak to me for ages. Especially not after what happened today."
"But still.." Dinah said, Camila could hear her friend was smiling. "You just had your first kiss with this fucking hot girl and you liked it, right?"
Camila noticed how a stupid giggle made it's way out of her own mouth. "Yeah.." She said.
"I gotta go now Chanch, gotta go read a story for the small ones."
"Give them a big hug from me." Camila replies, smiling.
"I will, talk to you soon Chancho. Love you."
"Love you." Camila said before hanging up the phone and laying down in bed, a smile plastered on her face. No matter how fucked up the situation was, she'd just had her first kiss with Lauren and it felt like flying.

She was right, Lauren didn't talk to her the next day at school, or the day after that, or after the weekend. The green eyed girl acted as if Camila didn't exist and it secretly frustrated the brown eyed girl immensely. Of course she understood that Lauren was with Aiden and that she wouldn't just run over to her side, but she'd liked it if the other girl had at least acknowledged her existence.
Ally, Steve, Rob and Tiffany didn't know about the whole thing that had happened last Wednesday night and all didn't like the 'popular' group of bullies. Ally often got them to shut up about Lauren though, since she knew that Camila kinda had a thing for her. Which was nice.
It was Tuesday and both Camila and Ally would still have two more classes before they would be free. Ally was explaining to Camila that she'd had a great party at the church last week and that she should come next time. Camila listened to her friend but was soon distracted when a certain set of emerald eyes stared in her direction from the opposite side of the hallway.
