Chapter 15

For the next week and a half, Taehyung has been avoiding Hoseok. He didn't know what to say nor do about the whole 'Jungkook is cheating' situation since he believed it to not be true.

Instead of sitting at the 'popular' table at lunch, Taehyung opted to go watch his boyfriend at his practice since soccer season was coming soon. He would always get excited whenever he watches Jungkook play, running out onto the field dressed in his soccer uniform. Usually, Taehyung sat alone on one of the bleachers. But today was different.

"Don't you get lonely?" A voice questions, catching Taehyung by surprise. He turns his gaze away from the sophomore to look at Namjoon. "Oh. Hi hyung," he smiles, though seeing the look on Namjoon's face sort of puts a damper on the younger's smile. The purple haired male walks across till he's beside Taehyung as he takes a seat. "Are you coming to join me?"

Namjoon only purses his lips, "you haven't been sitting at the table lately. I thought you wanted to be a popular?" He asks while looking down at his feet, his hands shoved inside of his pant pockets. Taehyung was quiet before whispering, "but I mostly only wanted to be a popular so I could be closer to Jungkook."

Silence circles over the pair as the only sounds of the team practicing in the background fills as white noise. "Is that what you want? To avoid and hurt your friend? To only let your world be solely focused on Jungkook?"

Taehyung felt conflicted. He didn't want to be that guy who only cared for his boyfriend like he doesn't have a say on how to act or live his life. Yet, at the same time, he doesn't want to hurt Jungkook. He loves him too much to give up now on winning his heart.

"It's fine hyung. Everything's fine." Taehyung attempts to confirm that he's okay yet Namjoon could say otherwise. "Then why don't we go find Hoseok?" The elder suggests, making Taehyung panic. "I-I can't right now, I'm waiting for Jungkook." Namjoon rolls his eyes, oddly annoyed at how obedient and loyal Taehyung is to Jungkook. It was almost like the junior was a dog to the sophomore.

"I'm sure Jungkook will be fine with you not being here, come on." Namjoon announces, grabbing ahold of the younger's hand. Taehyung slightly squeals in surprise as Namjoon pulls him up. Taehyung would be lying if he didn't say he feels electrics coursing through his hand and shooting up his arm merely at the touch of the older. It was even more intense than when he's with Jungkook and that alone, scares him.

While Namjoon drags the younger in the direction of the school building, Jimin manages to catch sight of them. "Yo Jeon!" He yells out to his best friend, catching the boy's attention from his dribbling. "Yeah?" He questions, moving closer to the peroxide headed boy. "Looks like Namjoon hyung is stealing your boyfriend." He chuckles, pointing where the pair were slowly disappearing to.

Jungkook looks to where Jimin was pointing before shrugging, completely taking Jimin by surprise. "What? You don't care?" The blonde haired jock questions, his eyes wide at his friend. After all, he would have thought Jungkook to be the jealous type. "It's fine. Taehyung's a big boy and besides, I only want him to take his virginity."

This news shocked Jimin. Sure, he could be a bit of an ass and such but he would never go as far as to be in a fake relationship just to fuck someone. "You...what?" Jungkook opens his mouth to speak when the coach yells for everyone to close in.

In the establishment, Namjoon was still dragging Taehyung in the direction of the cafeteria. "Hyung! Wait!" He attempts to free his hand but Namjoon held a tight grip. The two enter inside the bustling lunchroom as the older scans the area before finding Hoseok sitting alone, at one of the tables in the far back. Most rejects and outcasts sat in that area so it didn't surprise Namjoon since Hoseok was practically branded as a delinquent despite Namjoon seeing nothing wrong with the junior.
