Namjoon had been avoiding school and anyone for around a week or so. He stayed locked up in his room just wondering over his confusing feelings.

He leans against his window sill, watching the grey clouds above drift by. When times like this come to play, Namjoon always finds himself gazing up at the sky, lost in a world of his own.

A soft knock, for what feels like the umpteenth time, comes baring at his door. The senior glances over with an emotionless expression while hearing the sound of his older brother on the other side. "Namjoon? Come on, it's been a week now. Have you finished with your little sob session and are willing to finally open up to me about everything?" The man had enough of looking on while his brother beats himself up over God only knows what.

The vibrant haired boy was always so secretive about his life, he hardly ever told Jin much about himself unless the older forces it out of him.

"Come on Namjoon, I'm sick of seeing you like this." Jin grumbles as he tries the handle yet again. He jiggles it, causing the loud sound to carry throughout the room. Namjoon exhales sharply, finally giving in to his brother's annoying ways.

"Fine!" Namjoon complains, unlocking the door to which Jin comes tumbling in due to leaning his full body weight onto the wooden barrier. "Shit!" He curses, toppling onto the younger's floor. Namjoon stares down at his brother in a mixture of confusion and slight amusement while the older gets to his feet, brushing the invisible dust from his ash grey sweater.

"Well you asked me to let you in," the senior chuckles as he made his way back over to his window. Jin mutters incoherently under his breath, slumping his way towards Namjoon's bed. "So," he exclaims, flopping himself down on the bed spread.

The lavender headed teen continues to stay quiet while gawking outside. He wasn't particularly sure how to proceed on with the conversation. He purses his lips, his eyes trained once more on the dull sky, showing it was no doubt going to rain soon.

Jin watched on with concern, he sighs when he realises that Namjoon wasn't going to start saying something anytime soon, leaving the older to speak first instead. "Alright Namjoon, spill. There's something clearly bothering you."

"It's nothing," he murmurs though his tone says otherwise. The ravenette man thought for a moment, "did mom or dad do something?" Namjoon shakes his head no. Again, the older hums over what the issue could be. "Perhaps it has something to do with school then?" He wonders aloud, causing the younger's shoulders to tense.

Jin took that as a hint, making him smirk. He tapped a finger against his chin, "maybe it even has something to do with a certain grey haired junior named Taehyung?"

And finally, Namjoon snaps.

He lets out a throaty groan while dragging himself over to his bed where his brother sat. Namjoon collapses onto his back beside Jin as he carries on with the wailing noises of despair.

Jin slaps his little brother's forehead, making the younger squeal out in pain. "Ow! What was that for?!" Namjoon growls while rubbing at his now red forehead. "Explain." Was the only simple word Jin muttered. He needed to get down to the bottom as to why his brother was being so gloomy and depressing.

Namjoon exhales slowly, he rises to fully sit upright next to Jin while still rubbing at his sore head. "Hyung?" He spoke lowly, almost make it impossible for the ink haired man to hear him. "Yeah?" Jin replies, one brow arched as he stares intensely into Namjoon's side profile.

The younger kept his darkened pupils forward as he questions the elder the one ongoing question that's been pondering in his mind all week.

"How do you make sure you never hurt someone you love?"
