When Bad Meets Worst

Handsome

Running down the steps and jumping unto Nick's back I started to sing.

"Well some ones happy today"

"Yep, how's work coming along, did you find the girl that was kidnapped?" Nick is a detective, he's working on a case at the moment which has him coming home late at night.

"Yeah another syco ex again, I am serious you are not allowed to date until I have a background check and interrogation done on the guy which will happen when you turn fifty."

Rolling my eyes I just decided to ignore that statement even thou I know it's true.

Placing me on a chair at the counter Austin fixed my breakfast which consists of bacon, scramble eggs, French toast and pancakes. I know what you're thinking, how  can she eat so much, well I grew up with guys, I can eat how much I want and not gain weight plus I love food a lot.

"Lexy you ready to go" Cody asked picking up his keys from the table.

"Yeah." I said grabbing my plate

"Were you guys going?" Justin asked while stuffing his face with eggs.

"He sold pig so now he has to buy me a new pet" I replied.

Entering the pet shop I started to roam around looking for a pet, that's it, I know what I want. Going towards the dog's section I saw a cute golden retriever who sat alone, deciding to buy a dog bed, food, a collar and most importantly the golden cutie that I decided to name Handsome, I walked towards the cashier with a groaning Cody and proceeded with the transaction.

Later that day I carried a bowl of dog food to my room balcony and placed it there for handsome.

"Hey Handsome come on it's time for dinner" I shouted as I walked down the staircase.

"I know I'm handsome but there's no need to shout it and what did you make for dinner I'm starving" turning around I came face to chest with the devil reincarnate also known as Asher.

"What are you doing here, and that's nice to hear" I said rolling my eyes

Placing a hand over his heart he faked hurt "That's mean and don't flatter yourself I'm here to hang with Cody not speak to you skater girl".

Ignoring him I turned around and continued on my way to find handsome.

Walking out the back door I found Nick and handsome rolling around the backyard, an amused smile took over the frown that I previously had on my face thanks to a certain butt head.

"What are my favorite boys doing?" I said in a very high-pitched singsong voice.

"Please, no, stop, don't ever do that again" Nick said while scratching his ear and I think even handsome agreed because he gave me a disapproving look, if that's even possible. "And to answer your previous question, I was training him".

"Oh, okay well it's time for dinner. Come on boy your dinner is already prepared and waiting for you"

With a happy bark handsome took off towards my room, walking towards the kitchen I found Austin preparing dinner. You may think that I'm the girl so I should be making dinner but we have rules, everyone has to take turns in cooking, cleaning etc.

Helping prepare the dinner table I saw E.J walking down the steps with my brothers trailing behind. You may be wondering whose E.J, well as you know Asher is an egoistic jerk but it's too long to say so I just made an adjustment.

Sitting at the table the boys swam around filling the empty chairs and boy oh boy was I lucky because the last person left standing was E.J, unfortunately one chair was left empty which happened to be near mine, oh how blinking fantastic.

During dinner I tried as much as possible to ignore Asher but apparently, he had a different idea. Bending his head, he whispered "So ignoring me now? I don't think that will help you"

"What are you even speaking about you crazy moron" I asked in a confused tone.

"Last night I messaged you which you never responded to and now you're ignoring me"

Before I could have given him a snaky reply Cody interrupted us, bless you my sweet Cody.

"Oi what's with the whispering? Secret among good friends are bad manners"

"Number one you and I are not friends and secondly you and good don't fit together in a sentence". Giving him a smirk, I picked up the plates and placed them in the dishwasher. Saying good night to my brothers I headed up the stairs and into my bedroom to continue my book 'To Bewitch a Beast' .

My fellow wattpadians, here is another unedited chapter. One of my favorite series books are with the Everards if you haven't read it, maybe you should. 'To Bewitch A Beast' I may not have the talent to write but I sure know a good book when I see one and that my friend is considered a good book
