When Bad Meets Worst

Ivan & Coffee

Have you ever been drenched with steaming hot coffee if not I would like to tell you that it is not a good feeling at all.

"I'm so sorry....."

"Alex"

"Alex I didn't see you" fumbling to get his handkerchief out of his pocket the poor guy handed it over to me

"It's okay I'm alive no harm done" I said trying to calm him

"But your dress it's......."

"Fine, I never liked this dress anyhow" I said with a smile

Hearing the sound of hurried heals coming my way Erica came towards me "Miss St....." Gasping she looked at my dress "Is everything okay?"

"Yea it's fine I was just speaking with......"

"Ivan" he said looking at his wrist watch

"Miss we should get you changed" she said looking at Ivan

"Sorry to interrupt but Alex I need to go it was really nice meeting you and sorry about the coffee, maybe we can catch up some other time" he asked with a hopeful look.

"Sure and again it's okay it was just coffee, not acid"

Pulling on the black dress Erica bought for me I walked out.

"Miss Stone we have to attend a meeting with your parents in the next four minutes" Erica said as she led me to the conference room.

Walking in I took the seat furthest away from my parents. An hour later my limbs started to fall asleep and my bum was numb, how can people sit for so long and talk about whatever they were talking about, yea I sat here an hour and zoned out because this was really boring until a familiar voice up.

"Mr Stone 'The Stallion' is running smooth and we made a profit of eighty hundred thousand pounds this year" Ivan said standing in his seat

"That's good to hear Shepherd, I want to expanded something's so come tomorrow around ten am, now since we are finished discussing business I would like to introduce my daughter Alexia Stone" Pointing at me all eyes followed "She is here to learn a few things before going off to college" Looking at Ivan I saw his face pale, oh great.

After the conference Ivan walked towards me "So I spilled coffee on the bosses' daughter?"

"Um, well I guess you can put it that way"

"This isn't looking up for me is it?" He asked with a crestfallen face

"Ivan before you knew who my parents where you treated me as a normal girl don't go changing it now"

Smiling he said "Well in that case will you like to join me for dinner tomorrow?"

"If it's as friends then I would be happy to obliged" chuckling he bid me good bye and said that he would see me tomorrow.

"Princess, I see you and Shepherd are acquainted"

"Yea I met him earlier....." I was cut off by a beep

"Alexia your father and I are going on a business meeting, when Erica is finished showing you what needs to be done your guards will take you home" Walking out the door my parents left me alone in the conference room, just like how they always did.

Let's just say I would never make it in the business world, and why, you may ask well Erica made me sort some papers like what's important and what's not important and what needs to be reviewed and so on but the worst part was taking calls, one guy called and tried to place an order of wedges and wings, oh but that wasn't the worst part, oh no he called four times, four bloody times.

By the time of lunch Austin spotted me and carried me for lunch which was like the best time of the day, until now at least, I was home alone, well not really Mark the douche bag was here and so was Quiet but he was busy searching the cupboards for (in his own words) something small to munch on. Sitting on the floor I flipped through a magazine when suddenly I heard something hit my window quietly, walking over I looked down and saw Asher with a handful of something.

"Asher?"

"Yes my fair maiden it is I, your knight in plaid who's freezing his shorts off" well isn't he romantic

"You do know we have a front door right?"

"Really I thought you jumped through windows" he replied rolling his eyes

"So why are you here?"

"I'm hungry and I know you'll accompany me to get something"

Idiot, does he really thinks he knows me

Are you really that dumb?

Oh hi little me I thought you finally grew a pair and left

Oh please, I wish I could

"Skater girl stop making funny faces and jump now" he said looking anxious

"Just give me a sec I'll use the magical front door"

"No just jump I'll catch you"

"Asher are you mad? I'm three stories high" I said with wide eyes

"Ivy just bloody jump your guard will be coming around in fifty five seconds"

Oh fan-freaking-tastic I'm going to die in the hands of Asher stinking Black. Well here goes nothing, I slipped on my jacket and jumped all for the love of.....
