When Bad Meets Worst

Saying 'Yes'

Sitting on the hospital bed I flipped through the magazine that mom brought me earlier, yea my parents have been trying to fill in the gap they left because apparently nearly losing your daughter you don't real know brings some sense into your head. They even made Ambrosi, James and Quinn my personal bodyguards, this very moment as we speak James is outside guarding my door. Walking over to my window I looked out.

"Beautiful night isn't it?" spinning around I found Asher lying on the bed

"How did you.... when did you...." I asked pointing to the door

"I see my handsomeness still affects you" he said with a light chuckle

"Shut up" Walking over I punched him "What took you so long and why do you look like someone handed you your butt on a silver platter?"

"Let's just say your brothers had their way with me" Looking at him with a confused face he continued "I'm not supposed to be telling you this but, the night before you were taken, we were on the phone talking, Cody came over and though I was speaking to a girl"

Raising one finger I stopped him "So I'm not a girl?"

"Yes you are, but not the one he was talking about"

"So, you do have a girl?" I asked trying to keep my disappointment at bay, wait disappointment where did that come from

"No I don't.... we're going of topic, anyhow when you started to scream, I um..." scratching the back of his head he murmured something

"What did you say?" I asked coming closer, sitting on the bed

"I called your name over and over, at first Cody was confused and then it sink in, before he could have asked anything I told him about your screams" Asher said leaning his head back "When they found you and brought you here I came as quickly as I could but your brothers stopped me, told me when you woke up that's when I could've seen you" he said looking at the ceiling "A few days ago they called me over, said they had something to discuss with me, when I arrived at your place I found my brothers and yours in the backyard, Nick was the first to ask a question" he said with a smile on his face

"Oh come on, stop staling and finish telling me the story" I said crossing my arms

Laughing he continued "His question was 'what's going on with you and my little sister and don't lie to me' at first I was confused then I remembered Cody was there that night, I told him how we had an unnamed thing going on between us"

"Why on earth would you tell him that Asher" I asked looking at him with wide eyes

"Shush let me finish, Austin asked what that unnamed thing was, so I told them that I felt something for you, Cody laughed, saying that he would never believe one damn thing that came out my mouth, I couldn't blame him thou my reputation isn't one of the best, more question came at me I answered it truthfully, in the end I got a beating I will never forget. Skater girl I don't know about you but I like you.... a lot and I would do anything for you to say those words to me" Asher said looking me in the eyes

Taking his hands without breaking eye contact I said something I knew I would never regret "Any guy who can stand up against my brothers and take a beating for me, even sneak around my guards to carry me for a midnight snack...... I would be a fool to say I don't like him" I said brightly smiling

Pulling me in a hug he asked a question I thought I'd never hear in my life especially from Asher "Will you, Alexia Ivy Stone be my girlfriend?"

Pulling away I looked at him "Now wait just a second Mister, I just gave you a speech about being a fool to not like the guy and this is what you ask me" Shrugging his shoulders he waited for his answer "Well I really didn't want to say this but............... Yes Asher, I would like to be your girlfriend"

Pulling me closer he smiled deviously "So there's this thing I heard couples do when they............. Make a special agreement, how about we try it since you're my girlfriend now" he asked innocently playing with a strand of my hair

"Hmmm, I suppose we can, after all you took a beating for me and there's no one around to interrupt or see us"

Chuckling he pulled me closer eyes twinkling, our face were just inches apart, almost there just a little more closer and you'll be......
